Novel & Cerita Inside Her Book

And yet, here I am, ensuring she’ll never truly be alone again. I walk toward her bed and notice a book lying on the nightstand—Sick for Them. A smirk tugs at my lips. She has a taste for dark things, darker than she lets on. I flip to the page where I last left off, getting lost in the story, just like I always do when I’m here. Sitting on her bed, reading her books—hours melt away while she’s out living her life, oblivious to how intertwined our worlds have become.

From a distance. She deleted everything. Changed her passwords. Wiped her phone. It didn’t matter. He always found his way back in. At the bookstore, she began noticing things. Little intrusions that only she would catch. A slip of paper in a romance novel: "You belong in stories. But not with anyone else." A worn bookmark tucked into her favorite poetry collection: "No one knows you like I do." And sometimes, there was no message at all—just a blank scrap of paper. Quiet. Empty. Left in books only she ever touched.

It was a dreadful smell as if it was like a human corpse. She covered her mouth while tracing the place where the smell comes. She landed her feet in the storage room. She walked in near the door and the dead smell became stronger. There are flies everywhere inside the room when she opened it. The storage room was so messy that seemed like somebody just fought here and they dragged all the books and throw them on the floor. She keeps on searching until she stops at the folder part cabinet. " What is this? she said while touching the crumpled folder that full of dried blood.

She didn’t say anything anymore and just followed me unto the living room. Yes, I had a twin sister and she died inside the prison. She is jailed after murdering multiple victims including her bestfriend. I also took medicine to do something but I was too late. It was too late when a doctor found out she has some multiple personalities in her. She is horribly sick and nobody even knows.

The ring was doing its job well. She passed her fingers over the spine of an ancient-looking book as she moved around in the library, she looked closer at the book and saw that it was an autobiography of one of the previous Alpha before her and wondered if she were to have an autobiography of herself who would read and be interested in her life. There wasn't much to write home about.

Nice porch with a rocking chair and a hammock on it. But just inside I noticed her. Kamari. Her hair was tucked back behind an ear. Feet propped up on the arm of the couch whilst she aimlessly leafed through a book. The title was a dark choice but one I had read before. The Haunting of Hill House. A twisted book that made you catch your breath at every turn. Behind her was the kitchen. Her father was standing there, kneading from what I could see. Nolan had only mentioned her address once. When he thought she would come here or to the cafe. I never realized I knew it by heart.

She found the section on history books first, she reached for an old book that caught her eyes, with a thick brown, worn cover and a picture of a wolf on it, one that looked quite similar to the painting of the wolf on the wall in the living room. How strange? She took it immediately, having found her next read, she skipped out of the library and back to her room. She sat curled up in bed by the window, lunch was served by a servant as promised, she ate and stuck to get book. This book, titled, 'The Wolf Within' she had never really read anything like it. It seemed more like a fictional write up, than a history book. It talked about a wolf that was embedded into the souls of 'special people'

Books that offered shelter to those still lost in the storm. She took a deep breath, filling her lungs with the sweet air of that late afternoon, feeling the warmth of Luka, the solidity of Elias, and the heartbeat of Zion against her back. She thought of the seventeen-year-old girl who had walked into that bookstore on a rainy afternoon, seeking refuge in someone else’s pages because she still didn’t know that one day she would have her own to offer. She thought of the broken woman she had been, of the painful but necessary crossing, of the moments when she had almost given up.

She slowly got herself out of the bed, her mind still replaying last night… Williams’ eyes, his voice, that unspoken weight pressing between them. “Why does he stare at me like that?” She murmured. Enough. Today, she wouldn’t drown in old memories. She needed… something. She got dressed fully, Pulling her jacket tighter, she stepped outside and walked briskly until the small bookstore came into view. The bell above the door chimed softly as she slipped inside. Her eyes wandered in search of that one book till she saw it: “The weight of silence.” Her breath caught. She pulled it down, fingers brushing the cover. The woman’s voice echoed in her mind: “That book is about healing”

Some were old while others looked rather new. Toward the end of the shelf, her eyes caught a small, thin book almost hidden behind the rows of thicker textbooks. It was shoved deep into the shelf like they never wanted the book to be seen by anyone. Her eyebrows furrowed slightly. Something about the way the book was pushed back felt odd to her. She reached for the book that had a deep wine-red cover. The title was written in silver letters. “Her Erotic Fantasy” Clarissa blinked in surprise, she hadn’t expected that. Her lips parted slightly. She looked around the library to see if anyone was watching.
