I sat near the river and waited for Rotip to return, but all of a sudden, I heard faint sound of marching horses and the screeching voices of the Erisians as though they were heading to our direction in large number. I rose up and flung myself towards the cave, jumping into the narrows and sliding to the end.
“Sofia!”
Shockingly, my eyes fell on Sofia’s already panicking figure. Her body was shivering with fear as she clung to the rocky wall like a small, helpless child.
