Novel & Cerita Iron Warriors Book

While the ground soaked in blood and it seeped into the fabric covering Daniel’s knees, the memory he carried for so long drifted from his pores and ignited in the flames quickly consuming them. The stench of skin and hair and blood boiled in the air until Daniel emerged unscathed from the inferno and faced his men. He stood before Agamori and yelled to the Riders. “This was for Rosemary.” The old wizard bowed his head to Daniel and slid his hand to his chest. The King’s aura glowed in the brightest colors that Haldir had ever seen as Daniel put his hand on his shoulder. “For your Queen.” The Darke King stepped back and called back the fires into his skin and spoke out to the old gods watchi

Avina. The woman who once destroyed empires, who bent kings and warriors to her will, who walked through fire and left kingdoms in ruin. I had not seen her in this life, not truly, but in my blood there was memory, and in those memories her face was carved like a flame into stone, my hand trembled as I reached for the book that bore her mark, the crest of fire and ash burned into its leather cover. I opened it, and the past bled into the present.

It was titled A History of Lycanthropy, and it detailed some notable packs, wars and werewolf related incidents of the past. The other book also had a leather cover, but it was much thinner and seemed to be completely different in nature to the first. From what I could tell, it was a personal journal belonging to the Alpha of The Ironwood Pack from many years ago. I wondered where they were from and whether an Ironwood Pack even continued to exist today. If they did, I had never heard of them. Tyler leaned over the thicker book first, reading the excerpt I had marked with a Post-it note out loud:

I scoffed, smiling slowly. Somehow, I felt a bit relieved, at least I didn't have to believe anything. But just before I looked away, my eyes caught something lurking at the end of the shelf. “Chrono..logy,” I read out, grabbing the badly worn out book from the shelf. “The first of men?” I whispered, my eyes fixed on the cover of the book. It was filled with detailed arrangements of events from time immemorial of the ironhowl pack. “Alpha..Zane, the first,” I read out, tracing my finger on his face.

This book is dedicated to Bukade—my awesome friend who's helped me very very much in the creation of this book, and Favour Edem, too—my first love, for taking her time to explain stuffs about Werewolves, and Vamps, and Witches to me. For all those looking into my book, Omega, which by the way is entering the ‘Mate the Alpha’ contest, I am quite optimistic that this book will be worth your time and you will enjoy every bit of it. ❤️

Ayla picked it up, blew the dust covering it, and opened it. Some pages were filled with drawings and images, while others were blank. On one of the pages, the images started to move, like they had a life of their own, and they revealed the story of the first Avatar of Inoss. Ayla was sure she was holding in her hands the forgotten book. She put it in her bag, together with a little parchment written in a language she didn’t recognize. She had the feeling it was something important. Hudde made it to the door and leaned against the doorframe. “I have never seen armor like these in all my life. Whoever made them was a master. He combined magical ore with dragon scales.”

“I do.” Magnus covered his mouth with one hand, though I noticed the corners of his lips twitch. Even Ragnar looked suspiciously close to smiling. I narrowed my eyes at all three of them. “You planned this.” “No,” Ragnar answered with complete seriousness. “We merely expected this reaction.” Valerian pushed the top book a little closer to me. The leather cover looked older than anything I had ever touched. “The Founding of the Iron Fang Empire.” The second followed. “Political Structure of the Northern Kingdoms.”

"He'll be a slave to your garden!" "Everyone is a slave to something, Kaima," Malphas said. "At least here, the view is nice." He gestured to the wolf. The creature crouched, ready to spring over the counter. --- ### The Song of the Broken Iron I looked at the iron sword. It was just a piece of metal. It wasn't magic. It wasn't the violet quill. But then I remembered what the Librarian had said. *“The ink doesn’t follow the pen. The ink is the story.”*
