My appetite was gone. Vampires. They were real. I had heard stories about them when I was young but I never paid much attention to them. If they were real, that means there was a whole list of supernatural beings that were real. “What about Bigfoot? Is he real?” I asked. “Well, he isn’t. So you don’t have to be worried,” my dad joked before taking another forkful of pancakes. My eyes drifted to the window beside me. The late morning sun washed in, bathing everything in its bath. He used the last of it to wash his hands and face. "I didn't want to attract any wild animals," he said simply brushing off my gratitude. "It'd be no less than he'd deserve," I said scornfully. He nodded in agreement. "But I didn't feel like trying to fight off Bigfoot tonight." I gave a surprise laugh. "Bigfoot? Really?" Craig gave a boyish grin. "Yeah. He's real!" "Bullshit." "No, really! I saw him," he insisted. "Bullshit. You and Gerard I swear."

I growled. This only caused the girl to break out into a fit of giggles. Rocked her head back from the force of it. “He might be your mate,” She said once she composed herself enough. “But he is also the fucking boogey man. Do you really think a few humans can do him in? He has more blood on his hands than in his veins." She explained, light still dancing in her eyes. I scoffed. Felt some of the weight seep out of my shoulders.

The aura coming from this creature is deadly, and I feel my body go numb at the sight of him. Now that it raises its hand, I finally spot the scythe in its hand, and my heart freezes in my chest as I feel my soul leave my body for seconds. If I am right, I have seen these creatures only in movies and also read about them. They are called the grim reapers. Do they really exist in reality? "Hold on... I must be hallucinating," I whisper as I drop the clothes on the floor and slap my cheeks to wake up from this nightmare, but when I open my eyes, he is nowhere to be found.

Usually when someone says this in the movies it is either they are going to say that they are vampires, witches, or werewolves. Looking at him, he is no vampire. Is not as pale as they are and have no orange eyes. Then what could he be? A werewolf ir maybe a demon. What am I even thinking? I don't believe in such things. They only happen in movies and series. Not in real life.

Sophie was right, she said they were attacked by what seemed to be a man beast but he just dismissed it as probably the shock of what happened or teenage imagination. He placed his hand on my shoulder to comfort me, but I flinched and shrieked. " Calm down beautiful... It was me. I was trying to comfort you. The body narrowly misses my feet as it lands, and I hold my breath when I see who it is. The man they call Morbius steps closer and as he crouches down it seems like his body grows. If I thought that he was menacing from a distance, I was wrong. Seeing his scars up close is nothing shy of a nightmare. The 'boogeyman' comes to mine as I take in his appearance. "You said that the human woman displayed no mark. Is this not what you told me?" he screams.

They couldn't move more than a few feet and then they stopped, unable to move any further. They are trapped from all four directions. It's like they are trapped inside an invisible box. The boogie man becomes livid. He glares at my mother. "What in the hell have you done" he yells and starts to go near her. "No.. no... no.. please don't hurt my Mother. Please .... please...." I beg him not to hurt my mother. But he neither looks at me nor he stops. Tears start to roll from her eyes. He stops just a few feet away from her. He tries to reach her, but something stops him, like an invisible wall.
