LOGINAnna Parker was once the proud daughter of the Alpha of the Nightcrawlers pack—until the brutal Blue Valley pack invaded, killed her parents, and enslaved her people. For five long years, she has been a captive, forced to serve those who destroyed her world. When she discovers her mate is none other than Damon, the ruthless new Alpha of the Blue Valley pack, she is relieved when he rejects her. But Damon’s failure to produce an heir with his wife forces Anna into a dangerous role: becoming a surrogate under threat of her people’s lives. Pregnant with the child of her enemy, Anna plots her escape with the help of an unlikely ally—Damon’s mother. Fleeing to the Crescent pack, Anna finds an unexpected sanctuary and another twist of fate: she’s mated to their powerful Alpha, Rohan. Torn between the past and the future, and carrying twins who are the spitting image of Damon, Anna’s new life is plunged into chaos when Damon reappears to claim what he believes is his. When war threatens, Anna must confront the devastating forces that bind her to two Alphas—one who destroyed her family and one who holds the key to her heart. As loyalties are tested and packs collide, Anna faces her ultimate battle: to protect her children, rescue her people, and reclaim the freedom stolen from her. The stakes are deadly, the passion fierce, and Anna will stop at nothing to bring down the pack that shattered her world. But will she survive the fight to become the Luna she was always destined to be?

Today was the day I turned eighteen. It was exciting. Why? Because now I finally had the chance to be with my mate. I was told that once you turned eighteen, your mate would finally find you. I didn’t know if it was real or a blatant lie, but I was excited. Well, that was until he showed up. “What are you doing standing around?” He asked. “Get back to work!” It was Damon Smith, the Alpha of the Blue Valley pack, and also one of the most ruthless men I have ever encountered. Being slaves to the pack was the worst part of my life, but I’ve always found a way to make things work. I’ve always tried to stay happy, and luckily I had my best friend, Stella who was always there for me. “S—So sorry, Alpha,” I stuttered, grabbing the cloth from the rack. He had his brows furrowed as he stared at me. I could tell his eyes were pasted on me as I cleaned the water from the table. Damon was also one of the most gorgeous men I’ve come across. Being a slave made my opportunities slim, so I hadn’t been able to see a lot of men. But I could tell that there wouldn’t be much out there that was more sexy than the man standing before me now. He had short jet-black hair which glittered in the morning sun that washed into the living room. His lemon eyes usually made my knees weak whenever I stared at him. To me, he was a walking piece of art. His well-chiseled jaw and pale skin made him look ultimately beautiful. I gulped hard as I wiped the table with the cloth. I could feel the cloth grow damp as I mopped the water. A chill went down my spine as I felt the cold from the cloth. I could still feel him staring at me. This was the longest we have ever been together. It was awkward that I had him watching me. When I was done, I turned around and found him still staring at me, his lemon eyes piercing through my soul. I could feel my knees about to buckle. His biceps were busting out of his black shirt as he folded his arms. They looked like they could cut diamonds. Fuck. Fuck. “What are you staring at?” He asked. I blinked twice when I heard that. My eyes searched the room as I thought of an answer to give him. Was he going to punish me like the rest of my pack? Was he going to send me to the dungeon? It would ruin my day, and I didn’t want to imagine that. I was saved by the sound of footsteps coming from the stairs. A woman came down and I recognized her immediately. She had long black hair and a pair of brown eyes. She looked to be in her early forties. I knew her too well. She was Noami, Damon’s mother. “Now what is going on here?” She asked. Damon didn’t answer her. He was still glaring at me and I could feel my heart thumping hard against my chest. What did he have in his mind? His brows furrowed slightly, creating a thin-like impression across his smooth forehead. His pink lips pressed together to form a thin line, making him look stern and beautiful. I felt like we were having a moment, and then, I heard Noami sigh. It broke the silence and snapped me back to reality. “Caught her some slack, Damon. Today is her birthday,” she said. My eyes widened expressing my shock. Did she know my birthday? How was that possible? My eyes went to her and her brown eyes were glittering as she smiled at me. “You are turning eighteen, right?” She asked. I gulped hard and nodded in response. She flashed me another smile. “She’s come of age.” Damon’s brows were now furrowed even further and it created another thin line above the previous one on his forehead. He was staring at me, and it looked like he was going to eat me up any moment. My thighs shivered at the thought. “Happy birthday,” he said, his voice deep but smooth, creating a low hum that resonated in my soul. And then, I felt it. It came in a flash. The connection. I felt like he was pulling me towards him. I could feel the force of attraction tugging me towards him. I wanted him. Those lips, those stern lemon eyes, and his lovely pale skin. I wanted them all to myself. I shook my head snapping out of it. “You shouldn’t have interrupted, mother,” Damon said, turning to face Noami. That was the first time he had looked at her since she came into the room. Noami chuckled softly. I could barely hear her. “I couldn’t help it. I’m plus, I was just on my way out when I caught you two,” she said. Her last sentence sounded weird. It seemed she was trying to pair us. That would never work. Damon wouldn’t look at a slave like me twice. I was nothing more than that in his eyes. And it was perfectly fine to me until a few moments ago. The feeling was getting deeper and stronger. I could feel his warmth around me. It was soothing and comfortable. I wanted to lay up in his arms. Those strong biceps hold me tenderly as I fall asleep. Was I daydreaming? “Mom. Quit it,” he said. His eyes came back to me, the sunlight illuminating them, and making them look like glass. They looked so fragile but gorgeous. My thighs trembled again. “Get back to work,” he said calmly before turning around. He walked away with Noami, and I watched them head towards the door. I could hear voices around me whispering, but I couldn’t decipher their words. They were getting louder by the second, and I could feel the force of attraction pulling me towards Damon even though he was far away. And then, he paused by the door and turned to stare at me. My heart squeezed in my chest as our eyes met. And then, the whispers became more vivid. I could finally decipher the words, and the first one came as a shock. “Mate.”RohanFive years ago. I was running as fast as I could. But it seemed I was so slow. The pack house was under attack. The last line of defence had been broken. I knew that Jarred wouldn’t call me unless it was an emergency, and this was sooner than I hoped it would be. How long had we been at it? An hour? Maybe two or three? I couldn’t tell. All I needed to do was make it to the pack house. And I hoped that I wouldn’t be too late. Late. That was all I’ve been tonight. First, it was alerting the pack about the attack, and then it was Walton. My heart ached as I thought about him. How could I have been so stupid? The only reason he was dead was that I’d forced him to go after the vampires. I’d taken the fear from him and that had led to his death. This was all my fault. He’d died a painful death, and I feared that I wouldn’t be able to recover from it. As I got back into the pack, I could see the path being littered with vampires. They’d done a good job holding them back. The road
DamonThey were coming. But we were prepared. I could see them now—the vicious creatures coming at top speed, their screeching sounds filling the air. My hand tightened around the handle of the silver blade. This was going to be one hell of a fight. All around us, the people of the Black Fang roared in preparation. They were all ready for this. Everybody was ready except for one person—Rohan. It was amusing that he was about to chicken out on us. And he was the only person who had experience fighting vampires in large numbers like this. But now that we needed him the most, he was just a shell of himself. “On my word, we attack!” Dayton yelled at everybody. I gritted my teeth and tightened my grip on the blade again. I could feel my blood boiling. I was thirsty for a battle like this. A few months ago, I never knew that vampires were real. I’d lived my life totally oblivious to their existence. Until that morning at the cafe with my father. He’s opened my eyes to the reality of the
Anna“Good to see you back on your feet,” Rebekah said as she stood by the door. I was almost startled by that because nobody had seen her come in. It was evening, and Stella had fully recovered. It was time to go back home and get some rest. And nobody deserved it better than her.Stella chuckled as she rose from the bed. I was helping her, making sure that she was able to work. She’d been in bed all day which meant that her first few steps would be rocky. “Thank you, Rebekah,” she said softly. “I wouldn’t have been here without you.”Rebekah folded her arms as she leaned against the doorframe. “You seem to forget that’s my job, Stella.”Stella nodded with a smile on her face. “Yeah. It’s one hell of a job.”Stella moved, her hands slowly leaving the bed. Her legs touched the ground and she leaned off the bed gently. I watched her tentatively with her hand wrapped around my shoulder. Stella took a deep breath before standing on her feet. She chuckled in amazement and looked up at
RohanFive years ago. The air was tense, filled with the clink of swords, the metallic tang of blood, and the screams of my men as they clashed against the vampires. There was a fog that concealed half of the battlefield. It was our job to hold down the line. They must not get through. Not by any means.A vampire lunged at me faster than I could process. It brought me down to the ground and snapped its fangs at me. I moved my head away before it could take it off. And then I reached for my blade at my side and grabbed, swinging it at the vampire. Its head slid off and it dropped dead to my side. I got back to my feet immediately, making sure that it didn't repeat itself. I was Alpha. It was my job to protect this pack. And the only way I could do that was to protect myself. I couldn’t die on my people when they needed me most. “Alpha!” I heard a familiar voice scream through the field. I stared in the direction that the scream came from and it was the dirt blonde boy from earlier b
RohanPresent day. “Rohan! Rohan!” I could hear Damon’s voice calling me from the fog. I snapped back to reality and found him staring at me with his brows furrowed. “What the hell are you doing? Blacking out at an important time?” He asked, barely hiding the irritation in his voice. I sighed and rubbed my forehead. The memories were coming back faster, and I didn’t want to remember them. But if this was what was happening, then I had to make sure that I did better than last time. At the distance, Dayton was talking down the vampire while the whole pack watched. He tore off its neck from the body before smashing it to pieces with his foot. That was grotesque. But I could see the rage in his eyes. He was fuming at the vampires which meant that he could handle the rest here. “Are there any more?” He asked the crowd that was gathered but nobody responded. He walked up to us afterwards, his hands stained with blood. “What do we do now?” He asked. “You have to prepare your pack fo
RohanFive years ago. “Alpha! Thank goodness,” Eric said as I stepped out of the truck. It was twilight and I could smell the tension in the air. We were running out of time. They would soon be here. I could feel it—the strange shift in the air. We didn’t have much long left now. “What’s going on?” I asked and looked around. The men were gathered but they all looked scared. This pissed me off. “Why are you all looking like you’ve seen a ghost?”There was no answer. They all stared at me in silence, scared out of their minds. This irked me. At this rate, we wouldn’t be able to hold them back for long. “Well? Someone better answer me!” I demanded. “W—We didn’t know that vampires were real,” one of the men said. He was a boy of about nineteen with short dirt blonde hair. His blue eyes were lit in fright and his knees trembled as he held onto his blade. I bit my lips staring at him. He would be the first to die. “Well. Now you know that they are,” I said. “Now stop acting like wimps
