ZION I laid on the little pebbles that created a man-made shore. The folks in this town tried to make the lake resemble a beach but they lacked a few components. Actually, they lacked many components. For starters, it would have been nice if they had actual sea sand so laying on the ground and bathing in the sunlight didn't feel so uncomfortable. They could have also cleaned the area. It looked like this was the designated party spot for every teenager in town.

“There’s still time.” “Where are we going?” Aly asked, feeling excited. “You didn’t tell us.” “Yes!” Alina chmed in. “We wanna know where we’re going. Will there be a lot of people? Or less people? Will there be an amusement park? I’ve never been to an amusement park!” Her eyes were lit up with excitement which made Jason wince. Why were these two so excited about the trip? He groaned. “There’ll be an amusement park,” he said. “It’s at Aston Island.”

Jackson immediately spotted the small crowd gathered along the shore as his boat drew closer. “Jax is here!” a shrill voice shouted, stealing everyone’s attention. It was Greta, a paid woman on the island who had her eyes on Jackson. She bounced excitedly, as if she hadn’t seen him in a year. She wore something revealing—her fair legs on full display, her chest nearly spilling out—but Jackson didn’t even react. Jackson went out to sea every single day. Whether he caught fish or not, he went anyway. Sailing had become part of his life during the four years he had lived on the island.

He stopped at the door to pick up his slippers and stepped back outside. His footsteps stopped after he reached the shore. Jackson Island is actually beautiful. With simple houses, beaches with white sand and clear water and enchanting views in every corner of the island. Beverly loved the place. However, on the other hand, he also felt very lonely. Jackson didn't torture him, but the image of his family always haunts him. Baverly is annoyed at the thought of dying on the island. Suddenly, a large arm tugged at his wrist. "Want to swim?" bargaining man who is none other than Jackson.

She took another sip of ginger ale. “It’s just us here, so we’ll have to mostly fend for ourselves. I’m afraid I only have Jeb and some security on the island right now.” “Jeb was the man who took the speed boat on the beach, right?” Emma asked, recalling the name. Jackson smiled at her. “Yes. He maintains the island for me. When our plans changed, he set up our dinner here instead of out on the yacht like I had planned.” “Thank you for changing your plans,” Emma said. “I’m sorry about my stomach.”
