Jack demanded. "You just never asked!" Peter said, winking at Jack with his right eye. "Then tell me!" How to look like the coast of the Hawaiian Islands? Jack asked with lust in his eyes. "Let's just say reality has exceeded my expectations!" – shared his impressions of Peter. "Then it's settled!" Jack said, gulping down a glass of beer and saying goodbye to Peter, and went home to find Charon.

"Sorry, I ran into Adriaan just as I was leaving the pack house. He wanted to discuss the younger warriors training. Is Jake coming?" I ask just as the door jingles again and we turn to see Jake stepping inside. He quickly makes his way over to us before slipping into the chair next to me. "What did I miss?" He asks after quickly greeting us and Derek shakes his head. "Nothing, we all just got here not long before you did." He says and Peter nods his head as leans back against his chair. “I ordered three large Hawaiian pizzas already. I figured we would need it.” He says and I nod my head.

The maids, who had previously been subservient to him, were all accusing him now. Colors drained from Peter's face, and he said desperately, "Lies! You're all lying. I am innocent. These wretches are conspiring against me. Sir..." Drake narrowed his eyes, sneering, "I gave you a chance. You've wasted it." "Sir, please don't," Peter pleaded tearfully. Drake raised his hand, and the two mercenaries stepped forward, grabbing Peter's arms. With one final, desperate cry, he was thrown overboard, his voice fading into the night as the waves swallowed him.

She gives me a look, but there’s a flicker of amusement in it, the tension easing a little. Jaxon leans back to inspect our joint masterpiece. “Daddy Ryder is the big wolf, Daddy Callen is the angry wolf, Daddy Parker is the sunshine wolf, Daddy Remy is the forest and Uncle Jake is the brain wolf.” I stop breathing for a second. I think we all do. Paige goes still, looking between her son, Parker, and me with something like awe. “Yeah,” I manage, my voice rough. “It looks good, buddy.”

“What else is Peter planning?” I scratched my head and avoided letting the truth show on my face. Jackson might not confess, but I knew when a man was in love, and by the look on his face, Jackson was terrified of losing Sara. I reformulated the same sentence in my mind dozens of times, the seconds ticking by without me realizing it. “Just tell me what you know, or I won’t follow your advice.” I looked him in the eye and prepared my voice to sound more serious than usual. “Peter is going to marry Sara. And he intends to take her out of the country. He promised you and Amy will never see her again.”

She nodded at me as she stare back on the window. I watch Jacob as he pointed back on the things he see around the city, fascinated. "Aunt Nee, look I see a Darth Vader on the shop! I wanna buy that, mommy." He push my hands off which is holding him down and grab Elle's hand. "Baby Jake, you already have five light sabers." "But I still want more. In the movies they have like...fifty!" He held out his hands and frown, "It's not that many, mommy. We gonna buy, right?"

Peter's pov I'm Peter Ace Carnell, a 16-year-old. I can say that I'm not that good at school, but I'm good at selling things, sports, boxing and, for my luck, I'm good at programming especially hacking. My life isn't easy. I live with my mother. I work in the Blackstone mafia as a stealer, so I steal cars, jewelry, money... Sometimes I distribute drugs and even sell them. Anyway, I was punished by the men in the mafia several times but not as harshly as the other kids working here. Once one of the leaders got really angry with me and hit me with the belt. I'm really scared of belts to the point that I don't wear one.

Then Parker adds, “Plus, I think it’s great that girls know how to kick anyone’s ass. If Harry comes for them, they will both be prepared to defeat him, regardless of whether we are there. The best prepared, the better.” Finally, he says, “And if you think about it, Peter, eventually the guard will have to have warriors, men, and women from the south, because Maddie will be the next ruler. So, you better lower it a couple of gears.” Peter watches us in silence. I walk up to him, kiss him on the cheek, something he wasn’t expecting, and tell him, “Stop growling. I already told you. No grunting!” He looks at me and smiles. Then he says, “I’m sorry, sweetheart.”

He drove it around the block and then pulled back up. "It's perfect. You two did a great job!" Peter exclaimed as he hugged Sally and Layla. "Come on, let's finish opening the presents." Jake suggested and we came back in. Eve and Hart handed Peter a large box and he opened it to find a jacket and pants that would match the bike. "Wow! I can't wait to drive everywhere now!" Peter grinned. "We have some special gifts for you ladies too..." Vander added and we went to get the gifts for them. I handed Layla a box as Leo handed one to Eve. Vander and Jake gave one to Keri and Peter handed Sally's to her.

I asked curiously. "He's Captain Barbossa, Jackson is Will Turner and Blake is Jack Sparrow. They had a marathon of all the Pirates of the Caribbean films a couple of nights ago and so they all dressed as their favourite character," Jamie said. Now I really did want to see the three of them because I would pay good money to see all three of them dressed as those for fun.
