Jaz couldn't do anything but wait outside. She was unstable, walking back and forth continuously and weeping. A few moments later, Jaz thought of calling Gwen, the only person connected to Anika with whom she had a number. Gwen arrived with Anika's mother and Gillian too. Anastasia Hodgens directly walked towards Jaz and slapped her hard in the face. "Tita..!" Gillian spit out as she tried to restrain Anastasia. "After Alejandro, now my daughter?!" Jaz couldn't utter any words but only cry.

~ NARYA’S POV (ASHTON’S MOM) God! I hate pretending, I just hate to behave differently because of someone; someone undeserving. I shouldn’t even be pretending, that stupid girl isn’t worth it at all. She is worthless, I just don’t know what Ashton sees in her, she is not pretty, she’s not smart, she is nothing, she’s not even able of doing anything not to mention she’s not the kind of Luna this town deserves.

“Are you still attending the Ambrose benefit next Friday?” That’s her code for: Will you be presentable enough to sit quietly and make us look good in photos? “I’m not sure,” I say, carefully neutral. Julian gently comforted her. Trembling violently, Britney hid in Julian's arms. Aston yelled out loud, "I'm her father! Her last name should be Chambers! Not Anderson! Return my daughter to me!" Julian gave his men a look. The next second, they stuffed a rag in Aston's mouth. "Hmm, hmm!" Aston still wasn't giving up. He tried to make his way to Julian. Julian's men could no longer take it, so they knocked Aston out with a bat.

Noticing the person who entered his office, Aston turned off the lid of his laptop and his facial expression immediately changed to a colder one. "Who are you?" "Hello, Mr. Pierce. I'm Athena Dickens, our marriage is in talks right now." A blonde of 25 years old introduced herself, though she had an average height she was a peerless beauty. Putting his hand in his pocket, Aston headed toward his chair. "How did you enter my office?"

"And who's this?" one asked instantly seeing me behind the counter. He was clearly Hispanic but obviously wanted me to understand what he was saying and could tell I was more likely to understand English. "Ah!" Andrea said his eyes lighting up. "This is my new bitch.
