Does it feel good?” The word ‘good’ couldn't just cut it. “It feels divine.” A loud thunder rumbled from outside and I lifted my head to see the sky darkening with little droplets of rain falling on the full length window. It was barely 1pm, yet it looked like evening. “Oh my God, it looks just like the upside down,” Tessa said with a grin on her face as she watched the rain outside.

Christian's voice turned sharp. "If this has nothing to do with us, then get out. We are not going the same way from here." Jessica handed me an umbrella at just the right moment with a faint smile. I said nothing. I opened the door and stepped out. By the time I grabbed my luggage, the car was already gone. It sped off, splashing roadside water all over me. Meanwhile, the umbrella was broken. I struggled with it for a long time, but it would not open. Within minutes, I was soaked through.

Estelle inquired. “Because it’s cool!” Tim replied as he squatted down, removing his shoes to pour out the collected rainwater. “Just because it’s cool?” “Or what?” Tim responded with a hint of helplessness. “But now, I realize having a cool motorcycle isn’t much use. Thanks to the rain, I’m drenched like a drowned rat and don’t look cool at all. It seems the rain won’t let up for a while. I’ll arrange for someone to pick us up tomorrow morning.”

Instead, the cab just splashed dirty water on them. Rain was busy thinking about the monster-eyed Jace in the warehouse earlier. His gaze was the same as the monster on the roof of the bell tower. Rain glanced at her wrist, which was still hot from Jace's grip.

I smiled and gave her a thousand-peso bill and made her put the products into a plastic bag before walking under the rain. I was busy enduring the cold raindrops and the sound of the thunders while holding the nag tightly. It was so cold! I'm just thankful that the bag I am wearing right now is waterproof and my things will not be wet! I have my food and cash with me, plus some notebooks which I will probably use for tomorrow's classes!
