Afternoon, after class. Raien watched the students running while holding their umbrellas high as the heavy rain poured down from the sky that suddenly turned cloudy and gray. The wind is so cold and feels damp which gives people an uncomfortable feeling. Raine stood there at the entrance of the building as the students who didn't have umbrellas ran past him. “Hurry! Hurry!” Raine heard them yell at each other as they ran together with their jackets above their heads. Either their family drivers are late, or they just think that running under the rain looks fun.

It was raining heavily, the weather was slowly getting colder and people started going back to their homes. Some were enjoying the rain, getting wet and dancing on the roads. Some were complaining about the weather while others were enjoying it, feeling at peace as if the rain washed away all the negativity. While some were reminded of the dark past and were crying, the rain accompanying their tears.

Whilst the three, Jane, Eden and Marcel conversed inside the vehicle I stared outside the wet window as the rain kept pouring down heavily impending my vision but I could still see my environment though it was a bit blurry. The roads were less busy than usual, there were few people outside walking on foot because of the rain and the one's outside were in a hurry to get to shelter even those with their umbrellas and others putting on raincoats.There were some others who were walking inside the rain without any umbrellas or raincoats seemly unbothered about getting soaked and drenched in the rain however hey all looked free, something I extremely long for at this point as I had almost forgotte

RAINE POV I don’t know how this happened? The television shines bright as the rest of the house sits in darkness. I am bundled up under the comforter from my bed, sitting right in between Kale and Shane. There is some dramatic movie playing. SOmething with lots of action, something I didn’t care to know the name of. Shane had suggested it. He already had the movie set and ready to go before I could say anything. I sat down, and Kale followed behind me.

The rain was still pouring down heavily. “Where is she?” I screamed. I trudged through the dense forest, my boots sinking into the mud with each step. The rain was coming down in sheets, drenching me from head to toe. I pulled my hood tighter around my face, but it did little to shield me from the relentless downpour. The trees swayed and creaked in the wind, their leaves rustling like whispers in the storm. I pressed on, determined to find Isla, my eyes scanning the undergrowth for any sign of her.

Grayson said, "You’ll lose till there’s nothing else to lose. You won't even be wearing pants after." At night, there was the pattering of rain from the sky. The rain gradually increased and turned into heavy rain before long. Rainwater gathered on the city streets and washed the waterways. Pedestrians were rushing on the street and many people were drenched because they did not have time to prepare umbrellas. Grayson cautiously asked the president, "Mr. Ares, it's raining. Do you still want to go to the Rainbow Flyover tonight?" Jay stood in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows, his handsome face as cold as usual. "No rain, hail, or shine will be an obstacle."

I know I should have just gone back into the hall when he left, but going home felt like a better idea. Well that's until I couldn't find a cab. The rain acts as a distraction, numbing all the pain. Exactly what I need. Unable to find a better place I hurled up under a small shop. The lights are all off so am guessing its closed. It didn't do much in protecting me from the anger of the rain, but its more preferably than standing right under it. Tired of standing, I get down to a squatting position, resting my water dripping head on my knee.

Drenched was little a word compared to the state Kiran and Niva were currently in. They were soaking wet. The town's main road was nearly empty, save for a few strangers hurrying to escape the storm. The rain drummed against the cobblestone streets, forming murky puddles in the uneven cracks. Niva shivered, hugging herself as water dripped from her hair, matting it against her skin. Kiran, on the other hand, barely seemed bothered.

NATALIE. No way it was raining, my luck today couldn't be this bad. First I cry in front of Samuel, then I react like I'm in heat when I'm close to him and now this. Hopefully it isn't that heavy and I can still get a cab, but of course as I step outside, it's raining cats and dogs. Even if I managed to hail a cab, it would be too dangerous for the driver to drive on a rainy night like this.

Janiya looks up at the dark clouds and steady rain. She hesitates, then takes her large purse and holds it over her head for cover. She glances at the man in the car, thinking about his offer for a ride. She runs out from under the overhang and gets soaked as she heads for the car. Zane rolls down the window just enough to hear her. He leans over the passenger seat, trying to look relaxed, but his fingers tap the steering wheel while he waits for her answer.
