You have not committed any crimes have you?” He doesn’t speak rather he nods and walks towards the room, this time, he doesn’t stop him. After the long sentences, he allows him to enter the room, he walks toward her slowly and he looks down at the sleeping beauty. Me and my Mom apologised. "It's fine," Jason smiled, but Jasmine was so busy hugging her dad that we didn't get any response. "How are you baby? Are you okay? Did they hurt you?" I asked crouching in front of him and turning him around gently so I could take a proper look at him. Jason put his hands on my shoulder and heaved a breath, I am fine, Mommy. Jasmine is, too. The men in masks were scary-looking, but they didn't do anything to us. They gave us toys." My eyes crinkled in disbelief and I shifted my gaze from Jason to Mom.

she said. "Right, well, have you seen him?" I asked. "I thought I saw you two speaking," the lady replied, looking surprised. I scanned the area to see if I could spot Jason, and eventually caught sight of him standing at the entrance, staring at me. When he noticed me staring back, he quickly looked away. I pointed him out to the lady. "That's him, right?" I asked. She nodded. "He got a pretty weird getup with the black mask, huge black sunglasses, and the black face cap. I wonder what he's trying to hide. Yes, that's the one. Do you need anything else?" she asked.

"The only exit we suspect is through this window. The person who saw Jason last said that Jason closed his pawn shop to receive VVIP guests, they went up to the second floor, but Jason never returned." Nicholas' face turned enthusiastic. He snapped his fingers in the air, then pointed at Hendrick. "That's him! Who was the person who saw Jason last? Did he see the VVIP guest?" Peter raised a hand in the air, wanting to interrupt the conversation between his two bosses. "Um, about that... the woman didn't see him. The VVIP guest who met Jason was wearing a mask to cover his mouth, and a hooded hoodie. So, she could only see from his posture. Like I said, she was very sure of the VVIP guest's h

“You race here?” “Sometimes.” He was already getting out. “Come on.” I followed him across the lot, acutely aware of the eyes tracking our movement. He was obviously very popular in third place…I could see it in the way they straightened, the way conversations paused as we passed. Jason led me to the back of his car and popped the trunk. Inside was a duffel bag I’d never seen before. He unzipped it and pulled out what looked like racing gear…a jacket, gloves, boots.

I said. "Hey, Brianna, can you get this straight?" someone said impatiently. "This is a class reunion, not some kind of public trial. Can't we just eat in peace?" I turned to look at the speaker. He used to say my bob haircut hurt his eyes, that I walked around all day with a blank expression and a sickly yellow face, like something not quite human.

I playfully slapped my hand to my forehead and scolded him for frightening me earlier. "What? I just averted a major disaster," he said, defending himself with a confident smirk. Thankfully, we didn't have to search for masks for too long. Kenny was determined to find the perfect ones for all of us, especially for Jasper. He finally settled on a silver mask adorned with blue stones and feathers that perfectly complemented my dress. For Jasper, he found a sleek black and blue mask, and for himself, a simple black mask with elegant black stones.

His eyes lit up, and he ran over. “Holy moly, Etan! You are wilder than I thought. This is so blatantly wild. Who did this? It couldn’t be Anne, right? Come on, bring her out so I can take a look.” Jason had dyed his hair grayish blue, and he was wearing a black motorcycle suit. His handsome face looked two-dimensional.
