"And we see what they want." The two of them moved forward, sticking to the trees and keeping their distance from the group of rebels. As they neared a clearing, Lia spotted them—a group of wolves, their faces weathered and scarred, their eyes sharp with suspicion. They weren’t purebloods. They were Greykin, like her. One of them stepped forward, a woman with silver hair and a black cloak that blended seamlessly into the shadows. Her eyes, like Cassian’s, glowed with a fierce intensity, and she immediately assessed them, her gaze flicking from Lia to Cassian.

He straightened when we approached. “Sir.” His voice was respectful. But not nervous. Interesting. Damien nodded once. “Grey.” So this was Grey. I looked at him properly now. And immediately understood the problem. He was the kind of man who noticed things. The kind who paid attention. Which meant— He was dangerous in a completely different way than Damien. Grey’s gaze shifted to me. Brief. Then back to Damien. “This must be the new assistant.” I raised an eyebrow. “That’s one way to introduce someone.”

Instead, I became his closest companion, mirroring what Grace had done for Rei. I found myself falling for Xavier. Who wouldn't? He was stunning, strong, inked, intelligent, and attractive. Xavier was also exceptional in bed. We casually hooked up a few times, and he had some impressive skills. It was a risky game I was involved in. Despite being aware of the dangers, mainly due to my feelings for X, I couldn't find the courage to step back. I convinced myself that being his closest friend was enough, and I struggled not to feel envious of his casual encounters and fascination with Rei Draven.

I fear that my memories are beginning to come back to me and although it should be good news that finally I can now remember my people and no longer feel like an orphan but in this case I have a bad feeling that my memories coming back to me is more bad than good and it might cause great problems. Grey is now a completely different man that loves, cares and respects me greatly and although he is still very dangerous and feared by all because of him and his fathers insatiable thirst for control, he doesn’t bring those wicked behaviors around me and he also listens to all my requests and tries to fulfil them immediately they come out of my mouth.

One inch is hanging in the middle of the two when they hear a familiar sound beside them. “Unbelievable,” Grey gritted with his fiery eyes. Warren and Kat looked beside them simultaneously, and they found Grey glaring at them two. Warren immediately stood to explain himself to his cousin, but before he could speak, Grey punched him into the face furiously.

"That is impossible!" "We can't do that!" "Is there any battle plan on ground?" "He has the Sapphire. He could kill us all!" The groans were almost never ending. I watched Grey as he sat in his seat. He seemed to be very contented with letting the councilors argue amongst themselves. Soon the grumbbling and groaning died away and everyone was silent. Suddenly, Councilor Xavier stood up–Tyler looked just like him–and he spoke. "Forgive our unruly behaviour Alpha Grey, but the council simply expresses concerns about your sudden war plan against Zane."

You have already sunken your claws into Mr. Grey and corrupted him, didn't you?" She leaned back on the lounge chair, looked at the sky, and smiled wickedly, "Oh, poor Mr. Grey." Aubrianne breathes, feeling helpless for the man. Jada gets hot for someone. Then, when she loses interest, it is over for them. She couldn't bare the thought of Mr. Grey being treated that way, used and dismissed.
