Jack walked up to his desk and immediately turned on his computer. After entering his password and fingerprint, the computer did not start up as usual, but instead went black. He furrowed his brows, feeling a sense of foreboding. Just as he was about to shut down and restart the computer, several animated characters suddenly appeared on the screen. Richard sometimes watched cartoons, and Jack had seen them occasionally when he visited his old home. He recognized the characters as Peppa Pig and her family.

I just shook my head and climbed my bed which was the upper bunk, after changing into my nightwear. Jasmine stayed on the upper bunk too. I had half identified them as I peered through the walls when they returned from their unknown destinations at night. There were three males including myself and two females. Tia seemed to be a teenage girl who liked reading romance novels and Leya was just a child, the girl seemed to be a twelve year old at least.

Jamal showed mock hurt and whined, "I didn't find a Santa costume, all were sold out! I had no choice! I wanted to do something for our girl here!" "I love your outfit Jamie," Joy whispered, watching him in amusement and content. "Thank you Blondie," he said and sassily flipped his fake, long golden hair.
