Jenny, who had been pretending to enjoy the fruit, stiffened almost instantly. She let out an exaggerated sigh and cut in quickly, her voice a little too bright. “Oh, please, enough of this Caleb guy again,” she said, waving her hand dismissively. “We’ve got more important things to do. The sun is already setting, and if we don’t leave now, we’ll miss out on half the shopping deals.”
