Dylan stood as he heard footsteps running down the staircase, assuming it was Jasper. Indeed it was Jasper. He wore a sky blue long sleeve T-shirt over black dress pants and canvas. "Jasper?" Dylan asked, giving a hand for a shake, "Yeah I am. How may I help you?" He shook Dylan's hand casually and they both sat facing each other. Elsa brought in the water, placed it on a nearby table before settling by the kitchen door. Jayden sat at the head of the stairs watching through the bars.

"Kaden's going to get what he wants." Rylan chuckles, saying, "you're going to come back, don't worry. Jasper knows what he's doing." If there's anything to trust, it's Jasper. He's the oldest Alpha out of all, and matches Alden in a lot of his wisdom. Alden has raw intelligence though, while Jasper's knowledge comes with all his centuries of life experience. Obviously though, I'm terrified. How could I not be? My mind won't cease the thoughts of what could go wrong until it actually happens.

Evelyn's POV "I, Alpha Kyle Turner, reject you, Evelyn Sanders, as my mate." Alpha Kyle hoarse voice boomed in my ears making me freeze on my tracks, his voice laced with disgust. Crack! A cracking sound resounded inside my body and I felt as if a part of me was forcefully torn and taken away. My wolf howled in pain but there was nothing I could do about it. Tears flowed down my face as the pain became immeasurable, increasing with each second to the point I was unable to tolerate it. I could care less about the gazes on me. I was already used to it.

Wylan sneered with a glint of chill in his eyes, saying, “Even if I’m being reckless today, what can the Jensen family do to me?” Then, Wylan moved decisively and instantly started fighting Crawford and the others! Biff, bang, thud! Within a few minutes, several figures flew out and fell heavily to the ground! In the center, Wylan stood there with an indifferent expression. He glanced at the Jensen family members on the ground and mocked, “A bunch of trash. I'm going to prove to all of you today that I, Wylan Jensen, am the most outstanding person in the Jensen family! I’m the one who will lead the Jensen family to glory!”

I cannot quite tell his age, but I’d wager he is around thirty. He commands all the attention in the room, and as he strides toward us, the Wolves drop to one knee. As he gets closer, and my pulse races faster, I notice that his kilt is predominantly red, like Ethan’s, but it’s a different pattern. It seems to contain the colors of all the clans. He walks up the steps of the platform, his boots thudding and shaking the wood. The alphas all dip their heads deferentially, Ethan included. I, however, cannot stop staring.
