She'd tied her hair up in a puff— the same style she used to have before she’d met Jax. She tilted her head to see the angry red mark on her neck. Her stomach churned, almost bringing up the few bites of food she’d managed to eat. Images of her night with Jax returned, and her nostrils flared. What did he think would happen now? The bite wasn’t healing as it did the first time; it was starting to look infected. Jax poisoned himself for nothing. She ripped out the hair band and the millions of pins holding her hair up and fluffed her hair, covering the mark again. No one else needed to know what Jax did. They would find out by themselves soon enough.

We both know no incent people should never have to live a life as slaves. ‘Oh, I’m going to have so much fun. Thanks, Sephiroth.’ ‘I almost feel sorry for these assholes, and I do stress on the almost.’ With a laugh from me and hearing Grim screaming I hear. “Phoenix, what is going on with your eyes? Why are the silver now?” “Shhh…that’s not important right now. Oh, btw, my name is Kefka and we’re going to have a lot of fun. Are you in Raven?”

My pulse hammered against my ribs as I shifted the tray to one hand and stepped forward. That was when it happened. A strong arm wrapped around my waist, yanking me backward. A sharp gasp tore from my lips, but before I could scream, something was pressed against my face. A cloth. A sickly-sweet scent flooded my nose, thick and overpowering. No. No. No. I struggled, kicking wildly, my tray slipping from my grasp. It crashed to the ground, the sound of shattering glass splitting the silence like a gunshot. My nails dug into the arm holding me, but my strength was fading, my movements growing sluggish.

Emma later went upstairs to her brother's room. James' room was filled with things that he had insisted on carrying from Mina's place. He adores his things and wishes to take them with him wherever he goes. Emma faked a gasp seeing the room. On the bed, the blankets were covered by plushies and coloring books while color packs were laid on the nightstand unevenly. Mina had spoiled him a lot. Emma began to organize her brother's belongings. She placed the plushies on the bed, and neatly stacked the coloring books and packs on the nightstand. When she finished, she stood back and felt a warm wave of nostalgia wash over her.

We're going to spend the rest of our lives together and I can't fucking wait. You're so unlucky to have me as your mate." _______ Jinx's pov I felt a warm touch on the surface of my skin, caressing me softly, stirring me awake from my sleep. "Where am I?,"I muttered fluttering my eyelids open. "Good morning Jinx." I squinted hard and saw him sitting right beside me. I was paralyzed by his perfection that I didn't realise I had been staring for too long until he said, "You can do more than just watch, little mouse," He chuckled "Calhoun?" I heaved, the events of last night flooded my head and I hopped out of bed to keep as much distance between us as the room allowed.

I laugh at him being his dramatic self. “Stop laughing at me bitch.” He hisses. I squeal when the piece of ice he threw at me slides down my shirt. I instantly pull my shirt away from my body so the freezing piece of ice can fall to the floor. He is so dead. I shoot him a glare, but he is too busy laughing like the hyena he is. The barmaid comes to our table, and I order for everyone, well, the guys. Lina and Ace order for themselves. She tells us that she will bring a couple of jugs of beer for the guys. I let Ace know that I will be back in a few. Why is it every time I walk out of Dunny I run into someone?

I am not sure how long we have been walking when they throw me into another room. “You sure are pretty.” Jandau comments. “I don’t think he would care if we sampled the product.” Deter adds. They both get evil smiles on their faces. There is no way I am letting these two fuckers touch me in hell. Jandau walks towards me, followed by Deter. When they get where they are able to touch me, I close my eyes and let out a growl. I release a huge wave of electricity. They grab their chests and drop to the ground. They are not dead but unconscious. I am able to break the ties around my wrists. I make damn sure to lock them in that room as I leave. As I walk back down the hall, I start open

“I better head back in, Mrs Jane should be back and I need to let her know I am back in order not to make her worried.” “Alright.” Hinn walked over to me and gave me a teddy bear hug. “I will see you at school tomorrow.” He pecked my cheek and I waved him goodbye before heading over to the mansion, when I turned my head, his car was speeding away. I breathe a sigh of relief before pushing the entrance door open. “Mrs Jane I am home,” I announced as I walked into the living room, I glanced around and found no one there. Mrs Jane was not in her usual sitting place by the window close to the big flower pot sipping coffee.

“You’re probably right. Thanks for being rational.” “I was hoping you’d come up with a rescue solution through magic,” Jasper said with a distraught tone as he sat on a nearby stoop. I’ve had to stop working on a way to enhance the wolf traits in order to focus on subduing the zombie venom in me. Now, the full moon is upon us and we’re not ready.” Ben studied Jasper for what seemed to the scientist like an excruciatingly long time before saying, “Have you thought of the possibility that the zombie venom might be a perk and not a detriment? After all, isn’t it the mixture of the three that made you what you are now?”
