Ada Wood thought for a moment and finally ordered a cup of fresh lemon juice. Now she does not love sweet and greasy milk tea. With a brush in her hand, she never needs any pigment. With a charcoal pen, she can paint a colorful world. She closed her eyes, empty herself and take a deep breath. Then open her eyes and start drawing. Kade says nervously. I snap my head to the side of his face, completely shocked by his admission. "You draw?" I didn't realize the question came from my lips until he turned around to nod at me. "I'm not the best, but I can draw a stick figure in seconds." Mom giggles at Kade's joke while dad snort in amusement, but all I seem to do is just stare at him lost and confused. He was right, we knew little of him. "We definitely need to see one of your masterpieces someday," Dad added after Kade and I stared at each other for longer than necessary. Hearing my dad's words Kade's hand on my thighs stiffens and suddenly he moves his hand off my leg.

I’ll give him that. I’m not sure I can use this too well. A sketch isn’t quite a substitute for the capabilities of a photograph.”

But they all grabbed a marker pen and started drawing anywhere they could reach. They all seemed to know what they were drawing. Before Jaxon drew some lines connecting the circles. It made it look a little like a clock. But Eden added some wavy lines at the bottom of it. When they finished, they went to a sofa, curled up with Evie and cried. I looked at their pictures. Max had drawn a man’s shaver but with small lightening bolts coming off it, Jaxon had drawn a bucket and Eden had drawn a knife.
