Isaac had Sara by the back of the neck. “If you want to see your little Josie alive again, you will leave here, Ethan. You, Isaac and his guards will fuck off now.” She tried to tighten her grip on my throat, but Colton surged forward as she gasped.

Chapter 677 Weston's eyes flashed. "Have you returned to Mauve City?" Josie became stunned and answered awkwardly, "Yeah!" Weston asked, "Why?" Josie's tone was nervous. "Why can’t I come back? My home is here. I can come back whenever I want!" Weston felt slightly disappointed. "You come back for Skyler, right? I’ve told you countless times that he doesn't like you. She paused, trailing those scars. "If you have forgotten, I would remind you. Her eyes glinted red, and I could feel her anger. "These scars are supposed to be a reminder. We have just three days to get our freedom, and when we are so close to having that victory, you are wavering," she snapped, hands balled into tight fists.

When we pulled apart, his eyes glistened. "I love you," he said. "Twenty years older, corrupted fire, doesn't matter. I love you." "I love you too." Cassia's sharp intake of breath interrupted us. We'd crested the final hill, and Bloodrose territory spread below like a burning jewel. The stronghold was massive, carved from red stone that gleamed like blood in the firelight. Towers rose like phoenix wings, and bridges arced between them like frozen flame. Beautiful and terrible in equal measure.
