I helped her so many times with the books that she might find helpful.” She then scowled at the girls. “And, you three, I have never even seen you before, especially in my library with Miss Diwa when she was busy rushing all your parts. Tell me, honestly, where do you get this audacity, huh?”

My teeth dug into my lips as I walked closer to the shelf and felt the hardcover of the books. They were way over twenty years and the thought of having a book just as old as I am made my stomach twist.
