I wiped it with the back of my hand, smearing a deep red across it. Blood. “You want your fairytale ending?” Juniper hissed, kneeling in front of me. “You think you’re gonna ride off into the sunset with some Prince Charming and forget that I exist? You think you’re ever going to be rid of me?” She let out a sharp laugh. “No, sis. You don’t get to walk away untouched.”

Juniper’s expression turned slightly unpleasant at once because she realized she could not fight against a master. “Little girl, behave yourself and come with me. Mr. Sully is determined to get you this time, and no one is going to come in his way.” Juniper said angrily, “Could it be that he’s planning on raping me?” The old man said calmly, “So what if a Greenspring Sully were to rape you?” Juniper was so furious that her chest was heaving—the sight of her bouncing bosom that was inversely proportional to her stature was shocking.

They’d stayed there until they’d gotten older then returned to be closer to the grandparents. When they’d arrived they’d sought permission from Emily’s dad then opened up a bookstore that doubled as a library. That’s the business they’d run in their old pack as well. So Juniper being new and shy spent her days holed up in the store surrounded by books. It just so happened that Emily was an avid reader and loved books just as much as Juniper obviously did.

When their car reached the beach house, Arianne saw there are two choppers that seem to fly around the area. Jace answer his ringing phone while she roam her eyes around the classy beach house. "What's the situation now Cahill?" "According to the report, it's positive that the kidnap victims are inside. My men are just trying to find a way to enter the dungeon!" Juniper nodded her head after hearing Selena’s suggestion. The story was called ‘Me and My Dad’, and it was written in three installments that were split into three books. The plot revolved around a little dinosaur by the name of Rory and his father. In fact, these storybooks were a gift from her colleague who didn’t know that Selena was a single mother. Thus, she had never chosen them to read for Juniper because she was afraid that the child would ask difficult questions, which she might not know how to answer.

As it was, he was having difficulty moving past what had happened to his assistant during their drive home. He battled with his guilt. Just as Rowan had assured him, Lila remembered nothing of what happened. She wasn’t even aware that there had been a gap in the drive from his home office in Philadelphia to their new home hidden deep in the tree laden forest of the Catskill mountains. Unfortunately, he was very much aware of it. Now, he tortured over whether he should inform her of it or keep quiet and hope that his vampire benefactor would honor his word and refrain from using her in such a way in the future.
