They gleamed faintly, looking heavy and oddly decorative. “What are these for?” Raven asked, tilting his head. “They’re… uh, something you put on your waist to dance with, I think?” “That is NOT important!” Emerson snapped. Raven smirked. “Then what is important? And while we’re at it, where’s the robot?” Emerson pointed toward the adjacent room. “Probably in there. I haven’t checked yet.” “Great. Let’s meet the mystery machine.” Raven gestured dramatically. Emerson rose, the tablet in hand, and made his way to the room with Raven in front. He tapped on one of the videos stored in the tablet, curious to see what it held.

They needed to be warned. “Who’s in charge?!” Joey belted out when he landed on the basement floor, pointing his gun everywhere. The tea shop guy followed behind, trying to warn those working downstairs. But once he saw the gun pointed, he returned upstairs in a hurry and closed the shop. “That would be me,” a guy sitting with his feet on the table lit up a cigarette. Joey pointed his gun at him. “What business do you have selling unauthorized goods?” The guy chuckled, “The good kind ... it’s fair game, buddy. If you don’t like the competition, talk to the Russkies, and maybe they’ll cut you a better deal.”

“Sure.” We took a seat in the living room while waiting for Jaykee to come out. He was indeed bringing out with him a huge toy robot. “Who’s this, Jaykee?” Ara asked, stroking the robot’s head. “Bumble Bee.” “Oh, how cute!” I exclaimed, but honestly, I knew nothing about toy robots. “Yeah. One of the Transformer models,” Ara replied.

I ordered but the robot only looked at me and didn't budge at all "Mr. Handsome don't decieve people too much" It replied me in a mechanical voice. "I'm Regina's boyfriend" I stated an identity. "You are shameless, What do you think you are doing" Tony yelled at me as he finally caught up. I stood at a place as AI2 scanned me "You are totally in style with Miss Ideal style. Now AI2 will take future master to Miss room" He said something that made me feel but amused and funny at the same time.

But before he disappeared from sight, he said without turning back, “Good night, my wife.” His tone sounded like mockery... or a reminder that starting tonight, I was in a game whose ending I didn’t yet know. And he, Reagan Russo, clearly still held all the cards. The California sky was completely dark as I closed my bedroom door. The room was cold and quiet, lit only by a dim, yellowish wall lamp. I walked slowly to the bed, like someone lost in their own thoughts.

When I woke, I was alone in the cot near the ward’s side screen. Everyone moved around me. No one noticed I’d stirred. The ancient projector played last night’s celestial event. A meteor shower—rare. A blessing from the stars. I missed it. Again. Some wishes were never meant to be mine. Footsteps. Then a voice, rough but laced with hope. “You’re awake. Selena stabilized. It’s because of you.” I nodded. “Good.”

I couldn't help but burst into laughter at his irritated expression. His gaze quickly averted from me, and he shot me a glare. Nevertheless, I shrugged, still chuckling. He muttered, "Tsk, that claw machine is absurd," irritably murmured his frustration, making me shake my head. "You've been chuckling non-stop. Why don't you give it a shot?" he proposed, but I merely shrugged and shook my head. "No thanks, just as you mentioned, the claw machine here is nonsensical," I replied, raising an inquisitive eyebrow.

She smiled before pressing the one button at the back of its neck, and it booted to life, its glowing eyes locking onto hers. The metal wasn't any human...but Drexton. It was a robot built in Drexton's version. "Drex," Lorraine called. "I belong to you and only you, Lorraine," the robot said. Lorraine smiled. **** [IXORA'S HOUSE] Ixora paced around in the sitting room, impatiently waiting for the cup she ordered to be delivered. The doorbell rang and she rushed to open it. "Thank you," she said and hurriedly signed the paper before closing the door.

Mason growled, getting up. He didn't have to wait long to discover what it was, as a window to our left exploded, sending shards of glass crashing towards us and a man with wild red eyes and a scar travelling from his forehead to his cheek jumped through. "Found you." He laughed, surging forward, claws out. "The master has been searching all over."
