He pressed the wrong button, and suddenly the robot pulled out a wooden mallet, chasing Patrick and Lila around and whacking their heads. Anson: “?” Wait, what? That wasn’t supposed to happen! Robert saw the chaos and kicked him. “What are you fooling around for? Stop it right now!” As Robert tried to snatch the remote, Anson refused to let go. In the struggle, Robert accidentally pressed another button. The robot let out a string of “hiya, hiya!” and slammed both Patrick and Lila unconscious. Robert: “…” How did that happen? He shoved the remote back at Anson and snapped, “Look what you’ve done!”

One of the Cleaners leaped from a pillar onto the walkway, landing with a heavy metallic crash ten meters in front of them. Its central eye glowed red. A circular saw on its manipulator arm spun up with a high-pitched whine that hurt their teeth. "Back!" Jack shoved Ben behind him. The robot lunged. Jack didn't have a heavy weapon. He had a pistol and his Alpha strength. He waited until the last second, then ducked under the swinging saw blade. The wind of it ruffled his hair. Jack channeled energy into his fist—the air rippling around his knuckles—and punched the robot's hydraulic joint.

This is just so cool! "Wow, this is so incredibly amazing!" was all I could say while roaming my eyes around. This room is no joke. It is really a huge room surrounded by thick metal walls. The interior looks like a shop of spare parts for human robots as it is full of humanoid robot body parts displayed in big glass cabinets. "Chairman, may I know where can I see Aiden 2.3?"

She immediately raised her eyebrows at some of her bodyguards to get her purchases, but her annoyance grew when she heard an irritating sound coming from the cashier's machine. "What the hell?! The machine is declining her card! Her father's card!" "I'm sorry ma'am, but do you have another card? It seems that our system is having an error in reading your card. Perhaps you have another one?" the cashier asked. "No, I only have that card. Please try it again," she ordered, but every time the cashier tried to swipe the card, she became even more irritated. The result was always the same! Her father's card couldn't be read.

Gunfire exploded from both of us simultaneously as the machine slammed tables aside chasing directly toward me. Not Jacob. Me. Interesting. The robot grabbed one of Rico’s dead guards and threw the body across the room hard enough to crush another man beneath him. Jesus Christ. “Why is it so strong?!” Jacob shouted while firing again. “Because my family attracts psychopaths!” I slid across the floor grabbing a fallen shotgun from one of the dead guards before aiming directly at the robot’s knee joint. BOOM. The leg exploded apart instantly. Finally. The machine collapsed sideways violently smashing into another table while sparks burst from exposed wires. I didn’t waste time. I walked direct

The next morning Diana, clearing off the dishes from the little table, nearly wet herself when a slot by the floor opened up and a whirring robot zipped out. "What the hell is that?" she exclaimed, resisting an urge to hop up on a chair and tuck up her feet. Kor barely glanced up from his vid comm, where he browsed the news. "It's the house cleaner." Diana, realizing this little tin bucket on wheels was considered normal, watched it zip around on the floor and, yes, sucking up dirt. Jane Jetson, eat your heart out. Diana had her own collection of robots that did it all.

She smiled before pressing the one button at the back of its neck, and it booted to life, its glowing eyes locking onto hers. The metal wasn't any human...but Drexton. It was a robot built in Drexton's version. "Drex," Lorraine called. "I belong to you and only you, Lorraine," the robot said. Lorraine smiled. **** [IXORA'S HOUSE] Ixora paced around in the sitting room, impatiently waiting for the cup she ordered to be delivered. The doorbell rang and she rushed to open it. "Thank you," she said and hurriedly signed the paper before closing the door.

When they reached the entrance, they came across a robot lying on the floor. Its mechanical eyes suddenly lit up red, and it scanned Helena and Henrique. Upon recognizing Henrique, the robot began to struggle, emitting static sounds. “Zzt... Master... Master...” The poor robot, who appeared to be the butler of that sector, desperately tried to report the chaos, but its voice circuits were damaged.

Mason growled, getting up. He didn't have to wait long to discover what it was, as a window to our left exploded, sending shards of glass crashing towards us and a man with wild red eyes and a scar travelling from his forehead to his cheek jumped through. "Found you." He laughed, surging forward, claws out. "The master has been searching all over."
