    The Gifted Rejected She-Wolf

The Gifted Rejected She-Wolf

I’ll just take it slow when I decide to approach him. I watch him as he talks to his friends. He is laughing and having a good time. He is tall, big, a tattoo on his lower leg shows but I can’t make out what it is. He has no muscles, but is still strong. Like what humans call a dad bod. Oooo so hot! His hair is reddish brown, and it is cut short. You can tell if it was longer, it would be wavey or curly. He has a shadow where his mustache should be.

Roommate Romance (Complete)

Roommate Romance (Complete)

"Well, there were times I noticed that you looked girly. You know, with your face and height, I realized you look way more girly than I am." "What!?" "You look girly." "What in the world made you see me that way?" Like hell that I'm girly! "Hmm… let's try thinking about it, shall we?" He asked with a smirk. "Okay?" "To start, let's talk about your face. How were you able to maintain such smooth skin? How do you shave your mustache or beard?" This guy is utterly ridiculous. "Uh, I don't… my face never grew a mustache nor a beard."

i feel so sorry, both for Toma and Yuji. i hope that what happened to them, would not happen to anyone in real life. Toma's childhood was too much! Yuji did not deserve to be crippled by a psycho student...

To tame the wild horse

To tame the wild horse

I went to the high stool in front of the counter before plopping down on it while keeping both of my hands on the counter. He was a man in his forties close to fifties with silver hair covering his bald head. He had a white mustache and some recently shaved beard on his cheeks. His skin was pale despite some sun-burned patches on his face. The most noticing thing was the mole on his cheekbone. His lips looked dry and chapped and his forehead was frowned. He was not tall like other men in the house but still was taller than me. He didn't have a bulky figure and also he was not skinny. He surely was so different from others.

LOVE ME OR BURN

LOVE ME OR BURN

I don't know if this is British etiquette or just a shy dude, but he can make an entire room uncomfortable without even trying. He has a mysterious quality to him though. He is an extremely attractive guy with no tattoos on his perfect skin. Only marks are his freckles spread across his face. His dark hair is slicked back, and his eyebrow has a natural slit from a scar running through it. His brown eyes are pretty too. They actually make him a little less frightening. Something about the fact that he doesn't communicate only intrigues me more. I don't think he said a word when we met.

grip. He looked exactly like he did in his photos. It was a rarity, but he was true to his image. Mid-thirties, wearing the obligatory well-tailored suit, and still no tie. He clearly believed he shouldn't be tied down by convention, thinking "outside the box," while simultaneously showing off that thick neck. He was still rough-shaven, matching the beauty pics on his website perfectly. It was an interesting choice; it meant he took the time to shave specifically to maintain that sexy stubble—not too hairy, but just enough. The sweep of his hair was still meticulously messy. This one goes to a lot of trouble to look like he didn’t go to a lot of trouble.

The Assistant Coach

The Assistant Coach

A voice interrupts my thoughts, and I tilt my head slightly to see a guy I don't recognize standing in front of me, wearing an Iverton jacket. I raise an eyebrow, brushing a hand through my unkempt hair to get a better look at him. His shiny brown hair is styled in a way that screams 'trying too hard', his ugly brown eyes fixed on me expectantly. He's about the same height as me, but slightly less muscular, and there's a fresh scar on his left cheek that looks like it was made by a wild animal. Did this guy get into a fight with a pack of rabid raccoons or something?

I replied and I was aware that I was sounding a bit shady. Lance fished something from the pocket of his jacket. “How about this?” He asked the moment he stuck a fake mustache right on his face. “What the fuck? You brought a fake mustache?” I exclaimed. Is he really committed to this whole act? He even brought a fake mustache just to make the look impeccable. “Yup. Just in case I don’t look like your uncle.”

Crimson Chronicles: Apollo & His Queen

Crimson Chronicles: Apollo & His Queen

This guy was above average height, with piercings and tattoos, tossed his cigarette out of his mouth, and stood toe to toe with me. Unlike the other two, he didn't seem as drunk. Besides the cigarette between his lips and the two lightweights next to him, he would be my type. Something about a man who knows how to wear tattoos and piercings does something to me. Sadly, he is one of those men suffering from a masculinity crisis. How unfortunate! "Touch me, and you will wish you hadn't." this was my final warning. He attempted to grab me but immediately regretted it after I gave him a quick jab to the face. "AAAA! SHIT! THIS LITTLE BITCH BROKE MY NOSE!!" He yelled, stumbling back in pain.

replied the one holding the trunk door. Another man came. He was tall and bulky than the rest and had a trimmed mustache sitting on top of his lips. He crouched over her body and dared to tilt her head and inspect her face. “Damn, she’s hot.” “Boss will have a lot of fun with her.” The one with a cigarette remarked. “Hell yeah, now I’m jealous of that old fart.” The mustache man agreed, and the three of them laughed. That cruel old bastard has all the young females in the bunch. Having his fill and fun with them, they thought this chick right here would be added to his growing lists soon.

I mean Cara’s kidnapped, tortured, raped, violated and then is rescued and has a psychotic breakdown then is all of a sudden better and has sex with the phantom. I was assaulted not raped or anything and it took me a year to even start to mentally recover and trust new people

Finally, a really good book. Quite well written, great characters, awesome plot and a nice believable HEA ending. Strong female characters, shaped with respect, as it should be. Very well done, author, worth of my time, gems and money. This is how all mafia related books should be written. 5 stars.

Frequently Asked Questions

The hilarious and wildly inventive 'Fake Mustache' was written by Tom Angleberger, the same genius behind the 'Origami Yoda' series. If you haven't read his stuff before, you're in for a treat—Angleberger has this knack for blending absurd humor with heart, and 'Fake Mustache' is no exception. It's about a kid named Lenny who gets caught up in chaos when his friend Casper buys a suspiciously realistic fake mustache that somehow grants him mind-control powers. The whole thing escalates into this ridiculous, over-the-top adventure that feels like a Saturday morning cartoon in book form.

What I love about Angleberger's writing is how effortlessly he hooks younger readers (and let's be real, adults too) with his goofy premises while sneaking in clever commentary. The man understands the fine art of balancing silliness with substance. After reading 'Fake Mustache,' I went down a rabbit hole of his other books, and they all have that same signature blend of wit and warmth. If you're into middle-grade fiction that doesn't take itself too seriously but still delivers a memorable ride, Angleberger's work is a must-read. Seriously, give it a shot—you'll probably finish it in one sitting, grinning the whole time.
