“Are you lying to me, Omega?” The king took a step forward, and Evren flinched. “No, Your Majesty. I wouldn’t dare.” It was pure luck that his voice was barely heard above a whisper this time because Evren’s fear was imminent through every breath he took. “Do you want to try answering that again?” The Alpha king asked, taking another step closer, and Evren instinctively recoiled in fear as the king lowered himself, fingers going underneath Evren’s chin to lift the Omega’s head.

I don't want to be reminded of my mother when I kiss or make love to my woman. After a few minutes of throwing out many more ridiculous names, her eyes widen and she flicks her fingers. "I've got it, are you ready for this?." I roll my eyes knowing she is once again going to spew a weird name. "Hit me." She claps her hands and spread it out like my name is being spelt in the air. "KING" How original I almost laugh. But as soon as the word left her lips, my wolf jerked in response. Oh damn.

It was beautiful in the most terrifying way, like a piece of dark fantasy that screamed power and possession. I looked up at him, confused and terrified. The King had already stood up and was walking toward the door. “Wh-what’s this for?” I managed to ask, my voice barely above a whisper, when I realized he wasn’t planning to explain anything. “It’s your ring for our mating ceremony, of course,” he said briefly, not even bothering to turn around. My body stiffened, and horror washed over me. Mating ceremony? He paused at the door, then turned to look at me one final time, with that wicked glint in his eyes that made my stomach drop.

He shakes his head and I turn back to watch the TV. "Before I set down as King, there is something that I'd like you all to know and consider. The only reason that I'm stepping down or being forced to step down rather is that my father will not accept that the love of my life is black, a beautiful, intelligent, independent, black woman and I love her. I love Penelope Anne Harding, I have never felt this deeply for anyone. My father would rather define her by her race than by her virtuous qualities, by her morals and values.

"What about others? Do they like him like that?" Kira went quiet, looking outside the door before she leaned in closer towards me. "Please don't tell anyone that I told you this." I rolled my eyes at her, "Yeah like I talk to anyone besides you." She bobbed her head as a look of realisation crossed her face, sheepishly smiling at me, "Sorry. Some maids are just waiting for the right opportunity to make a move, you know. No one can blame them though, but our King has never crossed that line. He never bedded anyone from this mansion even though they love to spread rumours about it."

Grabbing the microphone, Damien announced happily, not caring whoever arrived or not, " Dear members of Trevisan Pack House, today we all have gathered here to give our queen her rightful crown. Since we have marked each other, I don't think that we should delay this holy occasion." His members all exclaimed excitedly, clapped their hands together. Apart from their own members, no other pack joined in fear of falling in councilmen's bad side. Damien didn't care about it at all. He had expected it from the very beginning. Even the councilmen were nowhere to be around. But the Alpha King never cared for the people who didn't show respect to his Luna.

"I'm just gonna go get some cond-" "I don't like using those fuckers," she hushed while stealing kisses from him. "I'm safe... are you?" Jesse nodded, then went on to pull down his boxers. K reached for the hem of Jesse's Nirvana shirt and pulled it up over her arms and head, now completely bare and undressed right in front of Jesse.
