Lucian turned fully to him, eyes narrowing to slits. "From who?" Kai grimaced. "A dragon." Silence fell. Elias blinked. "A real dragon?" Kai nodded solemnly. "Big. Scaly. Breathes fire. You know. Dragon." Lucian’s fists clenched at his sides. "Why the fuck is a dragon hunting you, Kai?" Kai sighed heavily, dragging a hand through his hair. "I might’ve... slept with his girlfriend." "You what?" Lucian snarled. "She didn’t tell me she was dating a dragon!" Kai protested. "How was I supposed to know? She looked normal!"

Looked like Mia had warmed up to the player’s presence. After the movie, everyone headed out to Mainland China, a fine dining restaurant at the Mall. It was Mia’s birthday so after the movie from her favourite genre they had decided to go for an Asian meal. I explained and smiled when they eagerly agreed. We set to work, chopping ingredients and searing meat. I was pleasantly surprised when they were doing fairly well especially given the fact that they did not cook. “What type of meat is that?” Kai asked, leaning in to smell it. “Are you sure you want to know?” I smirked at him and bit my lip. He looked at me curiously and nodded. “It’s a small breed of dragon called Mistyntia. They are the equivalent of quail. I promise it’s much better than it sounds,” I said, flipping it over.

Within the bottomless sea, the blue-horned whale sensed the presence of an outsider—more precisely, a massive dragon suddenly entering the bottomless sea. I took a deep breath and calmed down a bit before finally speaking. I wasn’t afraid of Dragon anymore, but I was worried about him knowing about my children and that they were his. I pushed the thought aside and said impatiently, "Max is coming with me, or I won’t go back!" Dragon did not utter a single word; he left with the wind, dressed in a blue suit matching the color of his eyes. He still exuded strength and had become even more captivating.
