The school turns into their new home, some do not like this change of environment at first, but when they start to connect with different teens with abilities such as theirs, it turns into the most astonishing experience on the planet for them. Twenty years ago, Thantos Abraxas, The Alpha of the Crescent Shadow werewolf pack went on a powerfueled rampage. Leaving every other pack with just one choice, bow down or die. He ripped through pack after pack, slaughtering it's members and forcing many others into hidding. Even worse, he destroyed every pack's wolfsbane plants, forcing them to lose control of their wolf selves during the full moon. Luckily the packs that hid were able to escape with some, but only enough for their own. Now, the Crimson River pack's wolfsbane is nearing complete depletion and the werewolves wont survive for long without it. The vicious killings of so many humans from nearby towns are beginning to draw hunters to the packs location. But luckily, there is still one hope left. Their Alpha, Grayson Sinclair, sends his nieces Malia and Iselyn to try and reason with Thantos in his old age for some of his wolfsbane. But will the girls be willing to compromise with the monster that put them in this situation to begin with? With the hunters closing in on their family, do they even have time to think about it? They hatch a plan to fool Emerald by making her believe that Leah isn't as powerful as she thinks she is. Caleb teaches Leah how to fight, making sure that she not only focuses on her magic to keep her safe. She is a quick student and easily picks it up. Leah is bitten when in a fight with a rogue pack of wolves from a neighboring pack and becomes a hybrid. Wracked with jealousy Emerald hatches a plan to try to steal Abigail's powers, but Leah and Caleb find her just in time to stop her and rid their family of the evil within.

In an attempt to summon a strong familiar, Rubisviel Fyaril, Witch of The Dark Forest, created a spell to bring forth an otherworldly entity only to end up summoning a Demon Prince with no memories of his past. She managed to convince the demon to leave however they parted after he gave her an oddly familiar kiss. When she finally thought that her life was going back to its witchy normality, her visitor returned only to claim that he's going to reside with her due to a master-servant curse that bound them on his summoning. Ruby was forced to live with a very flirtatious demon who seemed to want to bed her so she tried finding a way to break their curse. But what if his presence only attracts trouble?
