Kara No Kyoukai Novels & Stories

It felt like Scarlett was in a dream within a dream. In the back of her mind, she knew what she was doing. She was an eighteen-year-old trainee of the Karai tribe, undergoing the second to last trial to become a Karaina. After fighting a tiger spirit beast, she had entered the spirit realm to face the remembrance and learn what she needed to know to face the dangers of the future. But at the same time, she was someone else, a spectator in a scene that made no sense.

“Jesus, Kara. I was joking.” A pause. Then, deadpan: “Oh.” Kara is Adrian’s friend from grad school — which means, fortunately, she’s also somehow in my life now. And if Adrian’s awkward, Kara’s basically a sentient algorithm. Same tone. Same fixation on irrelevant details. “But why do you want Diana looked into? Adrian said she wasn’t suspicious.” I open my mouth to respond — then wince as two different songs start blaring outside Liam’s room. Both at full volume. Both coming from opposite sides of the hall.

Kara is now mated to Elijah. I wanted to laugh. Really, I did. The sound started in my chest, soft and disbelieving, before it bubbled up and broke free. I actually laughed aloud. Heads turned. A few passersby glanced at me like I’d lost my mind, but I didn’t care. Of course. Of course the universe was folding in on itself. Bloodmoon and Morrien. We can’t seem to stay out of each other’s lives, can we? Elyra and Kale. Kara and Elijah. Me and… Jaxon.

Day 1 Koyama Yua is everyone's dream girl. She has brunette hair, tiger-like eyes, a button nose, and fluffy cheeks. She's intelligent, gorgeous, sexy, and cute. And everyone really likes her here because she is kind. I'm not saying I'm terrible but she's approachable. She always has a smile on her face while I don't. I'm not a very friendly person... And the reason is that I am shy. I'm shy around new people and wasn't able to go talk to them.

Her eyes filled with uncertainty and tears threatening to fall any minute. Someone coughed behind us. It was Nate. We both looked towards the direction the cough came from and split up. “Kara, meet Nate. My personal doctor and best friend, we grew up together and he's the one who treated you and put all those needles on your face.” “They're called filiform needles, dimwit.” He adjusted his glasses. “Whatever, bookworm.” I teased and stifled a laugh as he glared at me. “ Hello Ms Kara, how're you feeling?” He set down his bag.

She slowly read it and speak out the sentence. ‘Hi, I’m Suzy.’ They smiled at each other. Karla marched outside to see what is happening. It was late, and there is no sign of someone moving. She was about to walk forward when she bumped into a tree. She moaned in pain as she touched what it is. It was a tree, blocking her way. She saw a pearl floating in her sight and started to glow. Maybe light to show the way. She smiled at it, and the pearl showed a little smile. She walked around the coven’s forest

Kara Aurora comes down the stairs looking rather sleepy and if the marks all over her neck are any indication, I know why. I hide my snicker, not that she would notice with the way her eyes light up seeing Sabastian, Luca is in her arms blabbing away about some exciting story that no one is paying attention too apart from me. “Hi,” she breathes out as she reaches the bottom step, her eyes gazing at Sabastian like he hung the moon. When he lifts up the bag from the bakery, she steps closer to him and the two kiss passionately. I smirk some more as I watch them. My smile slips and I feel a pang in my chest, a green haze coming over me. She has everything and I have nothing.

Luca POV A knock sounds from my bedroom, where I’m listening to music with my headphones. It’s all so loud I can hear everyone talking and playing. No matter how loud my music is, I can’t drown them out. The door opens anyway despite me not giving a reply, and Auntie Kara comes in. She gives me a big, bright smile as she walks over to sit on my bed. Unlike the others, I can’t feel her in the same way. Her energy is calm, peaceful. Still. Unlike my dads, mum and siblings. I want to be around them, but it’s like being shouted at and bumped into even when they are on the other side of the room. It’s all too much.

James looked at her in confusion. Kara groaned, "You will put your fingers on me, and then I will feel... ticklish and stuff..." she giggled. --- Please join my P a t r e o n channel and get advanced access to all the chapters. Just search for: p a t r e o n . c o m / k t i s h 7
