“Perfectly,” I say through gritted teeth. “Well… do continue Ms Toussaint, we will take a short break after your presentation,” Keith says with a gesture of his hand. “Of course. Thank you, Mr Harrison.” Zaia says. She glances at me, concern in her eyes before she turns back to the screen. I turn my attention back to the sleazeball. His track record for being a fuck boy with a questionable past is something I know of. It is Keith Harrison who handles all business deals. Right behind my dad was a team of medical staff in white coats, clutching their first aid kits as they rushed in. Trailing them were bodyguards in sharp black suits, their faces set in serious lines. And at the center of it all, undefeated, untouchable, was Kane Shawn. Standing at 6'5", with a body carved from years of brutal discipline, he was a titan among men. "From the Desire Pack, Phoenix Diamond," the female presenter read out, glancing from the paper in her hand, to the camera. Alexa looked over her shoulder at me. "Have you heard of her."
