I took a deep breath and spit on him. Brendan clamored up and took off down the street. I watched him leave, my eyes still bright before I turned to Haley and Oliver. Haley flinched at the sight of me but I walked up and went down on a knee in front of her. “Do you…know how to braid hair? It came loose…” Letting my power out untied my loosely braided g hair and it was now spilling into the concrete. Haley was hesitant at first until I brought my hair over my shoulder, holding it out for her. She smiled and nodded.

He stashed his phone away in his backpack. Diana scanned the surroundings. "When is your brother coming to pick you up?" "He'll be here soon," Kevin replied, but his gaze wandered, suddenly spotting something. He turned to Diana, saying, "Woman, wait here, I'll be right back." Without waiting for Diana to respond, he dashed off on his short legs. Kevin headed to a boutique. After a quick browse inside, he emerged with something in hand. Approaching Diana, he blinked his large eyes and somewhat shyly presented her with a cute headband. It had a pink butterfly bow on it.

Taking the pins out from her hair, Emma ran her fingers through them and grabbed her clothes that were laid on one of the benches. Kevin's brows flattened in relief once he spotted his phone on the balcony's metal fence. It's quite rare for him to forget his things. Perhaps the excitement to see her face was way too much. His slender fingers grabbed the device and shoved it into his pants pocket before his gaze moved casually across the backstage. She wasn't there.

I asked and he looked confused for a second before he smiled nodding. “Yes, thank you for understanding,” he said and pressed his lips on my forehead. “Well, the day is not over yet, I bought some cake?” “Awesome, I high fived him and walked into the kitchen with him. I climbed onto the island and watched him as he gathered the side plates and forks for the cake. Kevin's hair is shorter and it barely reaches the middle of his neck, plus it’s a much lighter brown than Theo’s. He doesn’t have a beard, and he has a kind face. His hazel eyes were full of life and he is always so nice to me.

Natasha POV I was shocked when I saw Kevin standing on the door with a beautiful bouquet of hundred yellow roses in the morning. There was a smile on his lips that reached his hazel eyes. The locks of his chocolate brown hair were neatly combed back. Wearing white pants and a black formal shirt, Kevin looked pleasant.

Kevin was a good guy, well, he was definitely a good guy compared to the much older Xavier. Kevin stood at 5'9", dark skinned with a bald head. He always wore hoodies and he was as fat as a guy can get. He was naturally big built but on top of that he was really fat- like donut eating police officer fat, if that makes sense. "Is that so?" Xavier asked calmly as his eyes went to the screen where the game was taking place but his eyes would casually falter back to the young couple, "I've been giving you extension after extension Kevin," Xavier told him, stating the obvious.

Kevin must have covered me up after I slept off last night. Throwing the blanket on the bed, I sauntered to the large, teak wardrobe. The door opened at a single tug to reveal an array of dresses. Each one of them looked stunning. Running my fingers over the clothes, I noticed a note stuck on the door of the wardrobe. ‘Kiara, hope you like these dresses. With Love, Kevin…’ It was just a tiny note but it made my heart started racing as if it wanted to jump out of my chest.
