Kidnapped By My Mate Book 2 Novels & Stories

He seemed surprised and so was I because I understood why there was a spark between us and that was because he was my mate. He looked at me and we both kept staring at each other for a while until I cleared my throat so as to ease the mood and not make it complicated like it already was . I didn't understand what just happened right now because I thought that Sean was my mate but due to things that happened we didn't hit it off and Sean betrayed me. It only means that the moon goddess got me another mate to replace Sean for betraying me.

I guess I was expecting to come home to a stiff drink and some playtime. "What is going on?" I ask. I was not prepared for the words that come from Alpha Kai. "My mate was kidnapped," Alpha Kai says. "MATE! When did that happen?" I ask. Alpha Kai has a mate, no fucking way. Not this playboy, fuck everything he can pin down. There is no fucking way. "She came here with the new Beta Finn, and things went south fast," Alpha Kai says. He is distraught but determined to get her back. He spends the next hour explaining to me everything that has happened over the last few weeks. I am in shock.

My chest heaved with shallow breaths, and I pressed a hand to my mouth as though that could somehow contain the flood of emotions threatening to overwhelm me. The room was quiet, but my mind was anything but. Every word, every look, every touch from Max replayed in my head like a whirlwind, leaving me disoriented. How had things escalated so quickly? How had I gone from a reluctant participant in this strange alliance to discovering that the man I couldn’t quite figure out was, in fact, my mate? Cindy’s voice broke through my spiraling thoughts, her tone smug and filled with amusement. “You should be thrilled,” she said, her words dripping with a confidence I didn’t feel.

I am an Omega without a father, relying solely on my mother since childhood. Apart from my mother, I didn’t have any friends. Also, my mother had no family left behind. When Theo discovered I was his mate, his parents were dismissive of my bloodline and status. But Theo firmly chose me, making me believe that our mate bond could overcome everything. I felt loved like never before, but that spark faded with time. That night, Theo stayed with me and I didn’t refuse. Although, the lingering scent of Elena’s roses on him made me nauseous.

Under their leadership, no one in Moonlight Pack went hungry or cold. They even treated me, an orphan, as if I were their own child. Those years in Owen's home were the happiest of my life. What they gave me, I would never forget. And it was precisely because of that debt that when I killed them, I made it quick. One clean strike each. I didn't let them suffer. While I lay there lost in memory, the potion had already begun extracting the first fragment. A flash of white light, and the sealed memories materialized before the crowd.

On the night before my fated mating ceremony, I was abducted, degraded, and subjected to two nights of relentless torment. When my pack finally ransomed me back, the healer delivered a cruel verdict—I might never bear pups. Without hesitation, my powerful Alpha mate abandoned me, turning instead to the Luna heir who had replaced me—Thalia Lovell. Whispers spread like wildfire, poisoning every corner of the pack. Drowning in despair, I sought an escape, choosing to end my suffering in the depths of the river.

The wine glass in his hand shattered with a sharp crack, blood dripping down his fingers. The banquet that night transformed into a reunion celebration, and it ended with the Alpha King announcing my mating ceremony with Marcus. However, the night before the ceremony, Jeremy kidnapped me.

“Wait, so you’re not from this pack?” He shook his head. “Woah, I thought you were,” she said softly, as though she were putting the pieces together in her mind. “No,” he answered. “The first time I stepped into Blue Jade, it was only to steal. I got what I wanted, but just before I could escape, a man sighted me and drew everyone's attention to me. They chased me down the city, I ran like my life depended on it, cause it did, but I wasn't fast enough. They were bigger than me, faster, they caught me, and took me straight to Damien Blackwood, the Beta of the Pack back then.”

Brittney is the pack slut whom I used to fuck but after I find out that Nikki is my mate, I stopped fucking her, however, she keeps trying to seduce me to get under my pants but, I passed her away and warned her that if she ever even tried to show her face to me, I will ban her from the pack and she stopped it. I won't be surprised if, I find out that she is the one, who provided information to them about my every action, and if my suspicion is true then, I will kill her slowly and painfully. But first, I have to find out that it was the rogue who kidnapped my mate, not a lone wolf who likes to live on its own without a pack. But how did he get inside my territory with a tight patrolling? Fo

“That will never happen.” I shook my head and looked at Mike, who was standing not too far away to protect us. “My life is good right now. I have a family and a home. I no longer need to lick anyone’s boots or use my blood to prove my value.” Feeling free of any burdens, I said firmly, “I did love you before, but you killed my love with your repeated betrayals and indifference. “The Zoey you knew died in the battle with the leader of the wild boars. I belong to me, my pup, and the pack who accepted me.”
