“I hug it when I go to sleep.” “So adorable. Is he 3 feet big?” I mocked. Alex looked at me offended. “3 feet? He’s 5 feet!” I actually laughed hard at that. The image of Alex Bianchi, hugging a 5 feet Olaf while he slept at night was a pretty fun image. “So we have the usual, pizza and sandwiches and donuts.” He took out two Pizza boxes and wrapped sandwiches, placing them on the mat. “Wow I thought you would have at least cooked.” I mocked, looking at Sally’s Pizza box.

“Don’t bother. Milka already convinced me to be Olaf for Halloween.” My lips formed a grin, and I turned my face toward him. “For real?” He shrugged. “She agreed to let me be zombie Olaf.” “Unbelievable.” I laughed as Conor called for Milka. She whined in protest until he mentioned the c-word—“candy.” I had quickly come to realize that Milka’s absolute favorite thing in the world was Sour Patch Kids, and that Conor always seemed to have a stash of them somewhere around his person. He used them for anything, including bribery.

Olaf was the quietest companion. With the suppliers on our backs we didn’t shift form, weaving our way through the damp muddy tracks that made up Luna Madeline’s Foxton pack. I was grateful for his guidance. Changed into black leggings and a tunic dress with sturdy boots I had to top over muddy bogs, clamber over fallen trees and practically job to keep up with him. The one big difference was seeing his eyes. For the first time his hair was pulled back from his face. Tied up in a knot, secured by a long silver pin I imagined he kept as a weapon. His golden eyes scanned constantly. If a seed pod fluttered to the ground, he paused.

On the screen, a camera zoomed in on the captured pirate leader, Olaf, writhing on the deck of his disabled sub. "You…" Olaf gasped, his eyes wide with a mixture of agony and profound, terrified awe. He pointed a trembling, blistering finger at the camera, as if he could see Jack through the lens, through the miles of city that separated them. "Your power… I can feel it… the Progenitor's scent! It's… it's silencing my blood! It's devouring my Alpha spark!"

He smirked and leaned back on the chair, “A bit small for the ruler of the largest pack in the realm, don't you think?” “I wouldn't do that if I were you.” Keyleth stepped to my side, her arms folded against each other. “Tell us about the rot and we might just let you live.” “What shall I call you?” The wolven asked again, the smirk on his face dropped. “Oliver. Just Oliver.” — “Koren?” The word rolled off Keyleth's tongue as the male looked with obvious annoyance. “Soren.” He snapped at her, turning a sharp gaze towards me. “Soren stris, the dark wolven rises, and the realm falls.”

Just as she was exhaling, there was a pop sound. Uh-oh… It broke! Tsk tsk! Kiran shook his head and said, “You’re so stubborn. Why won’t you listen to me?” Snow felt the front of her top loosen up and was about to lose her mind. “I… I…” “You wore a size smaller today!” Kiran added. “I’m going to bite you!” Snow pounced on him. Kiran did not dodge. Instead, he backed up, pretending to fall onto the couch. Snow jumped onto him. Then she scratched and bit him like crazy.

He waited, letting Evalie stay close to Amber, and only after a few more moments did he kneel slightly so he was closer to her level. "You know," he said casually, his tone light and careful, "my nephew Oliver is just about your age. He’s six too, and he’s absolutely obsessed with this show called... oh, what was it again? Ah—Star Knights. You ever heard of it?" Evalie blinked. Her head turned slowly, her brows pulling together. "Star Knights?" "Yeah," Ian said with a grin. "They fly space dragons and battle cosmic villains. Oliver pretends he’s Captain Jax all the time. Even made a cardboard helmet."

Nick says, clutching his backpack. Sebastian and Oliver go back to their task without sparing the others any look while the three of them find themselves bored out of their mind. "I've uno with me. Wanna play?" Nick offers, trying to assure his entertainment but he pouts and keeps the box of uno back in his bag when he gets no response whatsoever. Killian's eyes linger around Sebastian's face as the boy bites into his pencil and explains something to Oliver. As he is sitting across Sebastian, it's easier to get the full view of Sebastian's concentrated face. It's a freaking turn on.

"Yeah I know. Maybe we should get off to a good start. Like, like you know how little kids meet each other and-and they're all nice and shit. We should do that. We should pretend we just met like ...like little kids." I giggled "Alright, OK. My names...my names uh...Oh! I-I 'member. My name is Olaf, and I like warm hugs!" Sebastian snorted so loud, it startled the ducks in the lake. He laughed so hard tears were forming from his red, glazed eyes.

So, that's a no go. I brightened when Sir Finnegan assumed his position at the middle. He scanned each of our faces before saying in a booming voice, "Wolf and Wolf cubs, FALL IN!" In a split second, all of us had fallen into a perfectly straight line. We already know who goes first and who goes last. "COUNT OFF!" The adults started the count with booming voice down to the wolf-cubs. And it's finally my turn. "Twenty! Twenty is the last number, Sir!" I said in a voice that I hoped didn't burst anyone's eardrum. This has been customary in the Howler's pack, we all have to count-off to make sure no one's gone missing before breakfast.
