The surgery was officially over. David's anesthesia began to wear off. His eyes fluttered open, his voice weak. "Doctor… Is my private part still there?" I raised a brow, cold smile in place. My eyes move pressing my lips together realizing that Morgan just successfully follow me again. I briefly look at Rosetta and shrug my shoulder before I decided to continue walking. He wiggles the phone, making it hard to adjust to the blinding light and then pushes it directly in my line of vision. That's when I see him, a glimpse of his side but I know Kaleb more than anything. I know his hair, height and even that little freckle on his shoulder. My heart squeezes and I become nauseated. To think my world had already started to flip upside down from the news of my sister, now to this. It was crashing in such little time. It felt like I could't catch a break. And as I look at the video it felt like my world shifted into something darker as my ears perk at the words being said between Kaleb and Stefan.

She tries to sooth me. I take a deep breath to try and calm myself. “Yeah, I guess so.” A few seconds of silence pass between us where all that could be heard was the sound of my deep breaths. “So… exactly how good was he?” She asks, switching back from my COO to my best friend.

Another guy with a cute ponytail said he was a tad shorter than Marcello. "Hi my princess my name is Mattia your second oldest brother. I've always wanted a baby sister I'm so happy to have finally found you" he says as he whips a tear that threatens to fall from his eyes. No one has ever cried for me this feeling in my chest is confusing my brain. Why are they so happy to see me I thought I was abandoned. My negative thoughts are interrupted by another voice.
