It was Thursday evening and we were doing our homework and then I finished mine and got bored so I decided to bother him. "Cow says", I said biting my lip to control my laughter as I look at him with fun-filled eyes, and he threw me an amused look, his lips twitching upwards in a smile as well.

Knock! Knock! A knock was suddenly heard outside the door. "Mister Lucas, it's me," said Edmund. Lucas snapped out of his trance and said, "Come in." Only then did Edmund dare to enter Luna's room. The tired-looking Lucas pinched the space between his eyebrows. "How's Joey doing?"

I've reported that too. [Howard: Someone swiped 12 grand from my account. I've filed a report as well.] The chat went dead silent. Then, one by one, they bailed on the chat. First, it was Cindy. Becky followed her. Jim was next. Nevaeh dropped out, too. The chat group fell into a buzz of conversation. [So that's the story...] [More than 200,000 dollars. That's no chump change...] [It's no wonder Jim's been throwing money around like it's nothing these past couple of years...]

I teased. "Of course I did, I'd fall for you any day," he replied seriously. The quack?! "Stop messing around, come on, hit me with another joke." He said and chuckled as he pulled me closer to him, "Hm.. Okay, this one. Knock knock!" I can already laugh at my own joke. Pfft! "Who's there?" He replied, "Hatch." Haha! I'm so hilarious, I'm a prodigy comedian! Haha!

~Tia~ *KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK* *KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK* *KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK* At first, I thought it was a part of my dream, this annoying knocking. I turned over multiple times, hoping it would go away. It was the knock on my bedroom wall that got me moving. ‘WOULD YOU ANSWER THE DAMN DOOR?!’

He had to accept it. His fingers whitened, crumpling the paper, and he laughed until tears streamed down his face. When he stopped, he slammed his fist down on the wooden table. His knuckles cracked, and blood dripped.

Bowen screamed. Everyone could hear the panic and hysteria in his voice. He stumbled off the stage, tripping and lurching toward the backstage area. In his panic, he didn't notice the steps. So, he twisted his ankle and fell straight down, rolling all the way down the stairs. The staff who were backstage finally snapped out of their daze. They fumbled in panic to shut off the screen. The giant screen went black in an instant. I became even more of a joke standing in front of the dark screen alone.

Most people knock on doors with a pattern of either two short knocks and one long or two long and one short. But this person outside was different. Knock knock, knock knock, knock knock, knock, knock knock, knock— Knock knock, knock knock, knock, knock, knock knock, knock knock, knock, knock— Knock, knock—knock! Knock, knock—knock! The knocking rhythm even reminded me of a familiar childhood tune. But that didn't help with my morning grumpiness.
