Some hid under the table, and others withdrew their weapons and aimed them at the two Lombardo mercenaries who came into their workshop uninvited. “Drop your Goddamn weapons, you pinheads! You know you’re in the wrong here ... if you give us so much of a scratch, your entire family will be dead before Wednesday ... is that what you want?” Joey shouted at them. He glanced at Xander, who was calm as a clam after he took a shot at a man’s ear on his first day of work. “Tell your boss the Lombardo sent a message ... clean your operation, or we’ll be back with more men,” Joey added. He hesitated about what the men would do as their leader screamed bloody murder and fell to the floor.

I couldn’t just walk out while the elders are still here. But I badly wanted to run and chase after her and explain why. It felt like something had cracked open inside me, bleeding out slow and silent where no one could see. "You made the right choice," Kian said, voice smooth, satisfied. Like he hadn’t just watched me rip myself in half. I swallowed hard, shoving it down, down, down. I didn’t answer. “She is a human and can never rule this pack as Luna. Final!” As if he wasn't clear enough.

I did not pick up the Lycan king and bring him to my house. “This must be a mis-” “Oh my gosh!” Charity covered her mouth with her hand. “What is it?” I asked, exasperated and she dropped her hands to her side. “Someone attempted to murder the Lycan King.” I drew in a long breath and let those words sink in. This meant War.

“Presumptuous!” Lion King’s face darkened immediately over Harvey’s bold provocation. After all, she had always been invincible in Hong Kong and Las Vegas. The words “Lion King” still have some weight even among the top families. It could be even said that her name, Lion King, was more reputable than Briewood. Yet, an ignorant brat actually had the audacity to insult him? Not bothered to talk, she took action. With a stomp of her foot, her body shot forward like a lightning bolt blasting toward Harvey.

He gestured to his sweater and pajama trousers. "Didn't you watch The Lion King? Of course, you didn't, you were probably taking piano lessons and learning German, Scar is a lion, he's King Mufasa's brother, and he is a cruel, cunning animal. A predator, if I do say so myself. He killed his brother and wanted to take over the jungle but luckily Simba, King Mufasa's son became the king." I watched his reaction to see if he would be pissed at the nickname but he wasn't. Oddly, it seemed like the name pleased him.

(lion king (in Indo, Raja Singa) is a term of a genital disease: syphilis) Leo then rushes in Alfi's direction at a high speed. 'Die!' Leo exclaimed. Alfi doesn't move for an inch. When Leo is about to attack Alfi, Alfi suddenly pierces Leo's body with Tipit. 'Playtime is over!' Alfi exclaimed hitting Leo's head with Loplipop that his face crashing planted on the ground. 'You have hurt my friends!' Alfi exclaimed hitting Leo's body with Loplipop very hard that Leo gets bounced crashing that nearby traditional house that the house becomes a total mess. Ah great, I'm really in trouble now.

“Look, I only agree with her for specific reasons. Reasons that have to do with you, man. Your pack and other things I'd mention if you weren't aware of it too.” I turned to him, “Give me a break, Keith. There's just a lot I can't put together right now, and trust me, the issue about having another Luna is the least of my problems.” I turned my head towards the collection of wine in the cupboard. My mind was a pool of confusion. Keith threw his hands in surrender, “Fine." He said, dropping his hands back down on the wooden table. “I just think having a Luna, as fierce as Lucy, isn't such a bad idea if you think carefully about it.”

Had on a pair of glasses that sat on the tip of his nose as his eyes scanned all of the groggy faces. "We are currently in Lover's Quarrel. This is the second-largest pack in this territory. You know their Alpha, Adelia Sinclair, as the woman who enacted this plan of escape for you all. When you were first introduced to the concept of leaving Noha Khoeli pack, you were given two options as to where you could choose to stay, here or in the largest pack on the continent, Eiecrunt." He called out. A murmur broke out amongst the crowd. The younger generation tried to frantically translate whatever was being said back to their elders.

Her face was so delighted. “Are you sure?” She asked. Her reaction made Juviana’s mouth bitter. As usual, Miley was dense. ”My friend.” Juviana took a deep breath and braced herself. “Do you know who it is?” She politely gestured at Ibrahim. Her lips stiffed, watching Ibrahim with interest. “The lion king. King Ibrahim.” Juviana nodded her head, unsure. “Do you know who he is?” “... King Ali. Wingsman king.” Miley felt awkward. Something caught in her brain.

She's mine. I climb, slowly and carefully, my coils wrapping the trunk, dodging the last of her barbs. The air grows heavy with her presence. It's wild, defiant and intoxicating. My hands are inches from her perch when a roar splits the night. "Coilheart!" Hadrian's voice thunders, shaking the leaves. I hiss in anger, twisting to look down. The lion king storms into the clearing, his golden eyes blazing, flanked by Fenrick's black wolf form and Nythor's white striped tiger. Three against one. Again.
