CHAPTER SIX Wednesday, 24 March, 1869 The closed cart rattled its way through a set of heavy iron gates. Ellen peered out of the small side window. Her insides quivered as she took in the leafy trees and a sliver of clear blue sky. She whispered its name: Belle Vue. An exotic sound so full of promise. Then came the first view. She gasped at its beauty, like a magical palace. It was so large, she couldn’t see where the two wings of the mansion ended.

I don't know which side to trust, so, Here I am. "This is the place." I talk to myself while looking at the old villa. 'AI' is written on the map and I can't see it written anywhere on its walls. I park my car and step out with the diary in my hand. I have Rily's diary in my hands and an old villa is in front of me. All those questions made a path and that path took me here. I look around, this place is chilling. You see when I entered this particular street, the only living things I saw were plants and trees.

Elena's POV I stand by the towering window of the safehouse, my taupe sweater brushing my wrists, staring out at the woods that hug Luxembourg’s outskirts. Rue des Capucins winds here, a narrow lane threading past the city’s medieval charm. Cobblestone streets, pastel facades, the distant clang of church bells from the old town spills into this quiet part where civilization seems to fade. I wonder how many houses like this he owns. Or in fact, how many properties? It's insane all i still don't know.

Aaron compliments. “Thank you,” I respond. “May I know your name?” Aaron asks me. “Cora.” “Hi Cora, I’m Gaia,” Aaron’s Luna says. We exchange pleasantries and relax in the garden. “What’s your say on this season’s tournament?” Aaron asks Zane. “It’s going to be more brutal than the last time but we all who’s going home with the victory,” Zane smirks. Aaron adjusts uncomfortably in his seat, “We can’t possibly conclude on that. The first level is yet to begin, you might attract bad luck if you imagine too much.”

Let’s focus” I and Ava laughed, our voices mixing with the bustling noise of the city. Emma and Hazel had a thing for disagreeing with each other, but either way, we always knew we were friends for life. As we got further away from the station and into the streets, Hazel stopped a Cab and we entered. The cab took us to the Inégalé. It was owned by a French man according to Hazel, hence the name. The cab stopped us and we alighted to see a monumental alluring glass building with different colors of the spectrum dazzling from all edges, such that they all seemed to meet at a point above the building to form a twinkling shiny star displaying the name INÉGALÉ.

At this point she is tipsy and hyper . "My gosh !my annoying brother has been calling me ," Rue slurs .She finally picks up the call and mumbles some incoherent words . "Bye ! Luke !"she finally shouts with a scowl on her face and stuffs the phone back in her pocket . My breath hitches a little bit because Luke is close to Maddox if Luke comes here . Wouldn't it be possible for Maddox to show up as well.I shake up the thoughts and decided to concentrate on my environments .

I just took the paper the man gave me from Thurstin's pocket and read it. As expected, there is a map sketch on the paper. And there is an arrow where we turn. We used it earlier when we got to the intersection and didn't know the way to Laayoune. Next on the sketch are the map of Laayoune. Laayoune is a city on the edge of a wide dry river. It's a river valley. It is difficult to enter Laayoune because there are only two entrances into the city. I think it would be heavily guarded.

Camille asked as we both walked towards the exit of the mansion. “ It's alright, Camille, let's get out of here.” Everyone knew Madame Lauren left her husband due to her sexuality. “ Where to ma'am?” The driver asked as I got into the car with Camille. “ Paraiso..” I mumbled as I began checking the documents to be sure she'd signed the right places.. “ Right away ma'am.” He said and stepped on the wheels.. Paraiso was Justin's Jewelry store.. it was the number one jewelry store in Luxembourg and of course not everyone can afford it..

But she shoved her doubts aside and took a leap of faith. "Cairo, if this is some sort of trap. I'm going to f*cking stake you," Layla muttered under her breath as she started her journey. It was just about five o'clock as Layla walked along the city street. There were plenty of people walking around and touring the many shops that St. Louis Street harbored. The road was narrow and the buildings were short and quaint. The Victorian style was prominent throughout the buildings as well as plantation-style homes with balconies on mostly every building with metal poled guardrails.

She asked excitedly but tentatively, "How about … you bring me to a bar?" Larissa tilted her head and saw that the signboard read "Bar Avenue." It dawned on her, albeit belatedly, that they had inadvertently arrived at Lido Street, infamous for being Covenford's prime spot for the city's most attractive and charming individuals. Despite its name, Lido Street was actually a narrow alley impassable for cars. Along the alley, vibrant neon signs adorned the surroundings, creating a captivating and dazzling display of lights. "Why would you go to a bar?" Larissa asked. She had naturally taken on the role of the elder sister, and her tone was stern. Lana pouted miserably.
