The Signet's Secret

The Signet's Secret

They asked for the lineage of the Southern Isles, the chemical composition of the crown’s coinage, and the specific dates of the Great Guild Wars. Julian didn't stumble. He answered with the rhythmic precision of a hammer hitting an anvil. When Lord Corvis tried to trip him up on the "Taxation Acts of the Second Era," Julian corrected him on the specific percentage of the silver-tithe, citing a ledger his father had kept in the cellar. "You speak of gold as if it were a person," the Duke of Westfall sneered, leaning forward. "Gold has a memory, Grace," Julian replied, his voice steady. "It carries the marks of those who handled it poorly and the shine of those who respected it. Just like a k

The Prophecy of the Golden Wolf

The Prophecy of the Golden Wolf

"Are the stories true?" Alric and Anya exchanged meaningful looks, the kind of silent communication that spoke to decades of partnership. "More true than we initially believed possible," Alric said carefully. "Finn, what do you know about Golden Wolves?" "Legends mostly," I admitted. "Wolves with golden fur who supposedly appear once every few centuries, destined to bridge different communities. Most modern wolves consider them mythical." "They're not mythical," Anya said quietly. "And you're about to meet one."

items had gained a legendary reputation. She had faced the fire to build this. She had lost gold, teetered on the brink of ruin, and been betrayed by omens. Yet she had persevered, financing her rise with the black obsidian card Hudson had given her in that final box. She had used the credit, but she had never cashed the checks—a final, stubborn tether to the man she might never see again. If he was truly gone, she resolved never to touch the physical gold of his legacy.

she says sharply. Most common wolves don't even know what a blood accord is. I highly doubt her family fortune is larger than the mountain of gold my zaibatsu grandmother left in my name. "My treasury holds over two billion gold pieces," I tell her, trying to lay my cards on the table—I haven't checked the ledger vaults in a few moons, but the weight should be close enough, give or take a few million. She looks up at me like I have lost my mind. The fake bard rolls his eyes and lets out a loud, mocking snort.

The First Heir

The First Heir

Hearing this, Philip’s expression grew even more somber. The so-called golden blood was only an experiment of the Lovelace family? Was it really the case? “By the way, I know of people who have golden blood and have awakened the special power and genes in the blood. There’s one in the Nonagon, one in the 12 Sacred Halls of the West, and one among the Supremes,” Fennel added grimly. “What's so special about people who have golden blood?” Philip took a deep breath and asked.

The Lycan King's Golden Blood

The Lycan King's Golden Blood

“When Prince Kohen smelled my blood, he was able to tell it right away. How come none of the werewolves or vampires can tell?” “Like I said, golden blood was believed to be a myth. You can't even find any book about it. Only my grandmother told me about it. She told me that there was a small clan of healers and a rare one could be found among them. A golden blood that can cure any kind of curse or diseases once you consume them.” I swallowed loudly and fear ran through my whole body.

Calling an Heiress a Gold Digger

Calling an Heiress a Gold Digger

I had my uncle look up her ID info, and as soon as he checked, it turned out that Lillian is a notorious gold digger! Those around us erupted into murmurs, while Clara crossly held up her phone for everyone to see. "I've gone to so much trouble for you, yet you're being completely ungrateful about it, Nicholas!" Nicholas snatched the phone and stared fixedly at the screen, noting the name Lillian Naughton displayed there. Just as Clara claimed, there were only two individuals by that name—one was the prestigious heiress of the Naughton family, and the other was an infamous marriage fraudster and gold digger.

Fifty Gold For A Human

Fifty Gold For A Human

But the way people moved aside for him, the way even the other alphas stepped back, told me everything I needed to know. This was someone powerful. "Ten gold from the hooded bidder," the trader said, his voice suddenly nervous. Garrett's scarred face went dark. "Twelve." "Twenty." The hooded man didn't hesitate. Gasps ran through the crowd. Twenty gold pieces could buy a house. A farm. A whole herd of cattle. Garrett looked like he wanted to rip someone's throat out. His hand went to the knife at his belt. "Twenty-five." "Fifty."

he said with a smile while staring at me. I felt like I was going to melt in his stares so I just avoided it. I turned my eyes to the many gold around us. "So much gold," I said in amazement. "That's normal, Crema. Those golds are just decorations," he replied with a smile. "Decoration?!" I asked in disbelief. "Why do you seem surprised?" he asked curiously. "Uhmm, Nothing," I lied. I never thought that gold was just normal to them and they just made it a decoration. Meanwhile in the world of humans it is a treasure that can't be easily equaled. Maybe if I bring it to the world of humans I will become an instant Billionaire.

Wow, I like this story. At first It writtens in First POv of Female lead but I am bit confused when it turns 3rd POv but I understand the story more in 3rd POV because it really shows the emotions of all the characters on the story. Keep it up, Author!
