This thought had not yet had time to really form in her head, as the old man, intricately folding his fingers into a symbol, simply exhaled: "Sah ene eco!"
The she-wolf, frozen just a couple of centimeters from the desired prey, was immediately thrown back with such incredible force that, having flown a few meters, she hit the opposite wall painfully. There was a distinct crunch: something had broken. Emily, reverting to her original form, slid down the wall, slumping heavily onto the damp earth.
