Taking a shortcut through a dark and remote alley on Halloween night proved to be a life changing decision of research scientist, Jasper Greene. She meets a dashingly handsome man, who sweeps her off her feet and she falls for him even though he’s everything her mother detests. She falls for him, gives herself to him and is ultimately betrayed by him when his bad-boy edge starts showing. Will their conflicts get in the way of what they both truly desire….….each other? Or will faith/her oppressive mother get in the way of her true happiness?

It's Thanksgiving, and I'm waiting for Zeke Jones to come home after cooking up an extravagant meal. When Zeke returns, he doesn't even glance at the meal I've prepared for him.
