Beatrice Beecham's Cryptic Crypt

Beatrice Beecham's Cryptic Crypt

You are too late. ‘For what?’ ‘To stop us.’ ‘That’s not what the light said,’ Beatrice said. The shaman appeared uncertain. ‘There is no light here. Only darkness.’ ‘There is light, it spoke to me. It saved me, so that I can destroy you.’ ‘That is not possible,’ the shaman screamed, releasing her wrist. ‘It has no place here!’ Beatrice used his confusion to kick out, her foot connecting with the shaman’s chin, jarring his head backwards. One of his teeth arched through the air and bounced into the corridor.

Shifter Deathbound Curse

Shifter Deathbound Curse

Her eyes, she could feel them changing, emitting a pale blue light. “Get back!” the female temple member shouted, her voice now full of alarm. But it was too late. Siron’s hands, or the hands Morat now controlled, rose. The movement was graceful and authoritative. From every finger, bursts of pitch-black darkness, living shadows, leaped out. These shadows struck the cage of light, and instead of being repelled, they consumed it. The silvery light shattered like glass. The two male temple members were thrown backward, screaming as the shadows touched their skin, leaving marks like cold burns.

Marked and forgotten by the Alpha

Marked and forgotten by the Alpha

His eyes were pure black, shadows around him like living things. "What did they do to him?" I whispered. "Shadow magic," Lucas said grimly. "The forbidden kind." Ethan raised his hands and the shadows responded. They spread like wave consuming everything they touched. Our warriors screamed and tried to run but the shadows were faster. "Aria." Lucas's voice was urgent. "I need you to do something." "What?" "Remember what Kira taught you? About light magic? How it's the opposite of shadow?" "I can't do light magic. I've only ever done shields and blasts—"

Unclaimed Luna, 99 Rituals Forsaken

Unclaimed Luna, 99 Rituals Forsaken

"This can't be!" I raised my hands, and the Moon Goddess's power erupted from me like a tidal wave. Silver light instantly covered the entire square. All the shadow wolves shrieked in the holy light, turning into black ash. "Ah!" Seraphina fell from the wolf alpha's back, her body beginning to disintegrate. "The power of shadow can never defeat the light," I said, looking at her coldly, my silver hair flying in the holy light. "This is the price for your betrayal and jealousy."

The Last Light in the Dark

The Last Light in the Dark

he said, voice low and strained. He had barely finished that sentence before he suddenly turned toward Serena. All the warmth and tenderness in his gaze had vanished, replaced by an icy fury. Without hesitation, he raised his foot and kicked Serena into the house roughly. Serena stumbled and fell hard to the floor. The smugness on her face morphed into shock instantly, followed by rage and disbelief. She couldn't fathom why Lucas would treat her this way. She had come to Mordeva feeling confident and smug, clearly ready to flaunt some imagined victory. She had been so sure that Lucas was on her side.

Second Light

Second Light

As we chatted, Thomas came over with a bowl of piping hot special mushroom soup and a few small dishes for me. In the blink of an eye, the butler and the other servants had vanished from sight. He watched me until I had finished everything, then he finally relaxed and leaned back on the sofa. Without any preamble, he asked me, "I've agreed to help you get your revenge on him."

Alpha's Regret After I Died

Alpha's Regret After I Died

I tried to move, tried to rip free, but another set of claws dug into my shoulder and dragging me back down. “No,” I growled, forcing my body up again. I threw a hybrid off me as I got ready to shift. A bright golden light started to glow from inside Liz. My eyes locking on to her. It started in her chest, then it spread. Up her throat. Down her arms. Through her hair until the strands lifted around her face like the air itself was coming to her. I froze. Even the hybrids on top of me froze. The light around her wasn’t normal witch magic. I had seen spells before. I had seen Melissa throw power that cracked stone and set the air on fire. This wasn’t that.

The author is definitely talented and the story is really interesting and intense. Definitely a page turner and unique plot. That being said, I just would like to not have to pay for full chapters where the internal monologue keeps repeating itself. It was frustrating and made me skip some chapters.

I starten reading yesterday i'm at chapter 16 now. But just like Presh_ shuga.7 says : i would also like it if it would updated often, and also not over streched. There are 4 books you're writting now that are still ongoing. I've seen ongoing books streched out 400-1200 chapters !!!

The Alpha Who Survived My Curse

The Alpha Who Survived My Curse

It rushed toward Gina like a tidal wave, wrapping around her forearms in ribbons of pure, ethereal white light. With a sharp cry, Gina thrust her hands forward. A concussive wave of spirit energy blasted through the room. It bypassed Gabriel, Lucien, Trevor, and Nyra completely, but slammed into the attacking hunters with the force of a runaway freight train. The shadows clinging to Julian shrieked and withered under the holy light, throwing the hunter brother backward against the stone pillars. "Well, damn," Trevor muttered, wiping a splash of hunter blood off his cheek. "Remind me never to complain about her cooking ever again."

They Both Wanted Me

They Both Wanted Me

In its glow, she saw them—figures wrapped in shadow, moving with supernatural speed, striking and vanishing before anyone could respond. "They're using the dark," she realized. "They're hiding in it." "Then give us light." Kael's golden eyes met hers. "Push it back." Lena closed her eyes, reaching deep inside herself. She found the wolf—instinctive, protective. She found the vampire—precise, controlled. And she found the light—warm, loving, *powerful*. When she opened her eyes, the light exploded outward. --- It washed over the camp like a wave, pushing back shadows, revealing enemies. Lilith's followers stumbled, shielding their eyes, caught in the sudden brightness. And in that moment of c

The light passed through everyone. Then Lilith’s army began to spasm. All the dead creatures we had been fighting were convulsing. I braced for an attack, but it didn’t come. I watched as something forced the shadow demons out of the dead bodies they inhabited. Without the shadow demons animating their corpses, the creatures they came out of collapsed to the ground. I shifted back to my human form. “What’s going on?” Maverick said next to me. “The light,” I said. “There’s light inside the shadow demons. They’re changing.”

I haven't read the whole book yet, only up to chapter 187, but I absolutely love this book. The storyline is amazing, and I keep binge reading even at work when I should be working. It's so hard to put it down. Now that I know it's available in paperback, those are going in my cart today.

I'm not even halfway through this book, and I love it already. It's so different from the usual werewolf books I read simply because it's not about dealing with rejection and surviving abusive family. It's so much more than I thought it would be. Please keep on writing like this it's perfect work.
