Light Blue Masquerade Masks Novels & Stories

The Masquerade mask was Harriet's special mask, a white snake mask with one eye hole on the right side. "Actually, this is my mother's mask," said Harriet quietly. She then smiled and held up another mask box. Harriet showed it to Liam who was still furrowing his brows at her previous words and opened the box. Another white mask appeared in their vision. It was a white wolf mask with golden stripes around its eyes. Harriet smiled proudly showing the mask design. It was the one she ordered yesterday, which turned out to be perfect and ready at just the right time. "This is for me?" Liam asked.

If I am lucky enough, I am not even going to see his scrawny face and besides, this is his daughter's birthday party. Not his. I just hope she is nice. The bass of the music continue growing louder and louder as we get closer to the entrance. I tug at the lace edge of my mask and steal a glance at Brie and Zuby. They are already all smiles with their masks still on. Brie’s mask is a bold dark emerald, matching her same colored dress that hugs her body like it was made perfectly just for her. Zuby’s mask is a deep blue with hints of gold traces and soft gold feathers. She is wearing a midnight blue dress, and I fucking love the daring long thigh slit of her dress.

She says looking at the masks and picking a few up. She’s so sweet, I wonder where she gets her charm from? “Ooo what about these?” she picks up couples masks and I can’t help but giggle at the thought ‘couple’ is that what Troy and I are? “They are pretty cute and will match my dress perfectly.” The ‘women’s’ one is a black lace mask with purple glitter etched around the eyes and what kind of looks like crescent moons, and the ‘males’ one is a simple design, black with the same purple glitter around the eyes and crescent moons. Perfect.

exactly what they came for. **** The evening sun set behind the horizon, bathing the resort in a gentle glow as Cassia and her friends got ready for the masquerade ball Quinn had insisted they attend. The excitement was evident as they picked out their masks. Cassia’s mask was elegant, black with gold accents, shaped like delicate wings that framed her face. It perfectly matched her flowing dark dress, giving her a mysterious yet stunning look. Kiara’s mask was bold and vibrant, decorated in red with feathers, while Quinn went for something simple but sparkling, lined with silver beads.

"Maybe not. The decision is up to you. I just did it for your information but I hope we're inside the hideout. Outside let's go back to the past and our hidden Identity, is it clear?" "Yes!" the women answered at once. Everyone had fun. "Guys, do you agree that we should remove our masks at the same time?" Astra asked happily. Dindo is just waiting to see what happens next. He wanted to approach and hug Amore but he felt embarrassed. He was contented to just watch his friend first. He was also happy because she was safe. It’s his fault why she almost perished at Regor’s hands. "Are you all ready? One, two, three-," Astra said then they removed the masks at the same time.

Lucian summarizes while adjusting the formal clothes that feel foreign after weeks of wearing simple travel gear. "Not everyone," Lior corrects. "Some of the younger nobles are genuinely curious about hybrid nature without the centuries of prejudice the elders carry. And the shadow-born descendants recognize you as kin even if they won't admit it publicly." The masquerade element adds another layer of complexity, with elaborate masks required for all attendees to maintain the pretense of anonymity despite everyone knowing exactly who stands behind each disguise. Lucian's mask is crafted from silver and gold, the colors deliberately chosen to reference the incomplete form's dual nature.

The masquerade gala was a carnival of lies. Crystal chandeliers shone light on the guest masks and the air smelled of champagne and secrets. Elena stood at the top of the grand staircase, her emerald beautiful gown shimmering like snake scales, her mask a feathered half face that hid everything but her eyes sharp and wary. Below, Liam held court, his laughter too loud, his blue tie a flag of arrogance. Noah adjusted his black tie, he was putting on a mask made with a simple strip of leather. "Do you have to do this?"

He asked me. I shook my head. “It’s not important,” I said as I opened the red box. Inside was a beautiful masquerade mask. It was simple and pearl white on the right side. And on the other side, it looked like a butterfly. It was elegant and extravagant at the same time. “Put it on little one.” He said while putting on a mask that matched his black suit. “Thank you, Godric. This is all too nice.” We hugged one last time before dispersing from the small waiting room and into the grand ballroom.

“What about that one over there?” asked a female werewolf who’d come near while I was talking. Her mask was covered with peacock feathers. “It looks so fun.” I looked. “Green, gold, and purple are for Mardi Gras, which is one of the times humans like to wear masks, so I like that.” “But what do you not like?” Mrs. Peacock asked shrewdly, though her eyes were twinkling a little. “It’s covered in Christmas decorations.”

|| Lilac's POV || The soft rustle of fabric against my skin was the only sound in the room as I stood before the floor-length mirror, staring at my reflection. The navy blue gown hugged my figure perfectly, the rich color contrasting beautifully with my light brown hair, which cascaded in loose curls around my shoulders. The golden accents on the dress shimmered faintly under the light, giving the illusion of stars scattered across a midnight sky. The mask I wore was a masterpiece— navy blue with intricate golden filigree that curled around the edges, framing my eyes and covering the upper half of my face. My lips, painted a soft rose, were the only part of my face left uncovered, but even t
