My skin took on a brilliant white glow as I began to shift. “Oh no you don’t!” A woman’s voice boomed as she placed her fingers onto my temples and began chanting. Quickly my light faded, and my shifting ceased. I didn’t understand what was happening. I tried to call out to Olivia, but no words would come out. The world began to fade, and as it did, I felt the men’s tight grip on me loosen.

As I entered from the real world at dawn, and it is now night, I hope this corresponds to the real world and that we only have to survive the day before the moon rises.
