Lila Rose Author Novels & Stories

Lila greeted. He looked at the University hand band in her hand, then brought the question about it in his eyes. “I think you owe me an explanation, Lila.” Nodding, Lila understood what he wanted to hear. “My name is Lila Phillips, few days ago I got promoted to be an independent researcher and also a junior professor, this is my first time attending the gala.” “Thank goodness.” Said Edvard as he let out a huge breath. “Congratulation on your promotion. I can’t believe someone who saves a stray kitten and loves doing experiment with her drink would do such dirty thing.”

As she chanted the spells, Damien and I fought off the wolves that tried to get through to her. "What exactly are you doing, Lila?" I turned and asked her, only to realize that she was no longer on the ground. "No way…" I heard Damien gasp, briefly losing concentration on the fight. Her eyes were still shut, her palms were stick together but she was no longer on the ground. Lila was currently levitating in the air with the book floating under her hands. As she continued chanting, the pages of the book opened on its own accord and suddenly, a strong wind began to blow from nowhere.

“It’s an opinion piece about Miles Hamilton.” “Don’t feed me bullshit, Esther,” Lila grumbles. “I want to know why this was submitted anonymously and not just handed to me like everything else you write.” My stomach drops and I go pale. Oh, shit. She knows I wrote this. Is it really so obvious? “Don’t give me that look or think to lie to me,” Lila says. “I’ve been reading your work since you started. This has the same style and the same inflection. Same vocabulary. You are the writer, I’m not an idiot.”

Give them all to Rosie if you could! Elise quickly declared on her social media that she only worked with me. The copyrights of the remaining novels were still being negotiated, so she hoped everyone would keep an eye on it. This made some small-minded people see red; they did not expect my backing to be so strong. [Is anyone going to take care of the Bells?] [I'll find out any of their shady dealings for sure!]

Claec's gentle hand had reached over to pet through her overflowing and untamed brown locks, and those warm eyes landed on her again, "What is your favorite flower, lil miss?" She had hesitated. "I like…" She bit her lip, trying to think, but only one answer came to mind, "roses." Claec had liked those best, and roses reminded her of… Warm eyes. An amused chuckle hit her ears, "Red ones?" "No." The lie escaped her mouth without a hitch. SCRATCH.

She wasn't expecting me to praise her for the job well done or maybe she is just trying to comprehend the fact that I was having a conversation with her without being excessively mean. To her I was uncanny….. We continued walking in silence until we reached a particular corner where a rose flower bed is. Different shades of pink and red roses stretched out before us, their petals soft, full and beautiful. Lila slowed down and halted right in front of the rose beds as she stared at them. For a moment, she forgot I was beside her and that was when I noticed it…a faint smile on her lips. My gaze is unwavering. “Do you like flowers? Roses are my favorite flowers.”

"I am allergic to rose oil! Dad knows about it! And Avril was the one who told the maids to smother my bed in rose oil! Dad was the one who found out about it…" Layla exclaimed, crying pitifully as she nursed her stinging cheek. "You're still trying to lie about it!" Eric roared, suddenly stepping forward and grabbing her by her collar. He tightened his hold on her, lifting her up. And since he was very tall, Layla was almost lifted off the ground.

"Lilly's art project. Have you seen it?" Luka shook his head. "No, she's keeping it pretty secret. Why?" Axel's brow furrowed. "I caught a glimpse of it the other day. Just a corner, but... Luka, I think it's a was a Moon Rose and the Moon behind it." Luka felt a jolt of surprise at Axel's words. A Moon Rose? The legendary flower said to belong to the Moon Goddess herself? He knew Lilly had seen one before in the Rose garden, so it made sort of sense she would draw one.

He gasped with widened eyes, covering his mouth with his palm. I gently faced Lila and cupped her cheeks, making her look into my eyes. "It's okay, it's just Rhodes. He's very experienced, and he knows a lot about pussy bleeding." "Menstrual cycle." Rhodes corrected from behind, but instantly closed his mouth again after I greeted him with another glare. My Lila still looked very uncomfortable. She looked like she was forced to nod and just leaned back on the bed. I motioned Rhodes to come over and do this job.
