She frowned, and put her head down on the table, and closed her eyes for a moment. Dimitri and Pete walked through the door, Pete went to work on the soup, Ivan whispered to Dimitri about her arms. He looked over but said nothing. Pete cleared this throat, and Jade looked up. Her eyes a pale gray, almost white startled him he dropped the bowl of soup shattering the bowl when it hit the ground. He broke his stare, and grabbed a cloth, “My apologies you're eyes aren't as gray as they used to be. It’s almost a pale white,” he whispered.

I took out the real multi-use antidote I had prepared and poured it into the purifier beside us. "This is what actually works." The facts were right in front of them. Jason turned his head stiffly and looked at Lilian behind him. The protectiveness in his eyes in that moment shattered into disbelief and disgust. "Lilian, is this the Moon Goddess's revelation you spoke of?" Lilian trembled all over, knowing she was completely finished. The only thing waiting for her now was the cruelest of judgments. "No... It's not like that..." Suddenly, she raised her head, madness and hatred bursting in her eyes.

Moving toward the mirror across from her bed, Lily caught a glimpse of herself. Her face sat before her, pale, streaked with the remnants of tears. Her hair fell over her shoulders in soft waves, tousled from the earlier confrontation. But her eyes-they were different. They held something she hadn't noticed before, a spark. A quiet, simmering flame that wouldn't be extinguished. She bent forward. Her fingers scratched against the cold glass, as if searching for the girl she wanted to become. "Not now," she whispered to the reflection in front of her. "Not ever."

It's caustic content blinding my eyes instantly. The pain stung, and that was when Lily got the perfect opportunity. I began to feel several stabs of her dagger on my body. Lily was targeting my vital organs, but it wasn't just the sharp pains of the dagger itself that hurt, it was something else: The fluid melted into my skin. It felt like worms swarming into my blood, eating up my skin. But as soon as I felt the cuts, my wounds healed instantaneously. I managed to pull Lily away again, but the chemical was too harsh on my eyes that I couldn't open them, so I began crawling, stretching my hands out to catch something to defend myself.

I smile down at him but it disappears with the realization that he can't see it. "Y-yeah, maybe." But a slight smile graces Nathaniel's lips. He tilts his face up to where mine is, but just a little off-center. When he does this I nearly drop my books. His face is thin but his jaw is squared. The glasses he wore are in fact not sunglasses, but framed glasses whose lenses adjust to the lighting. And right now, they are clear and show off golden brown eyes. His eyes look different though, as if a lunar eclipse overlapped the sun, haunted, as in ghostly around the pupils.

lily laughed. when Zoe heard what lily said, she raised her eyes and said, "who said I am almost done." she was just trying to get Elsa into trouble. lily's hand was in midway, and she was embarrassed by Zoe's actions. "miss Zoe, your makeup looks great." she looked at the mirror, turned her face from the left and to the right and said with a sneer. "don't you think this pink eye shadow makes my eyes look shallow? I don't like it. I want a different shade.

I’ll wait. She stared at the message for a long time. Then she turned her phone off and tried to sleep. Sleep didn’t come easy. When it did, she dreamed of eyes, Ethan’s warm brown ones smiling at her across an airport terminal, and another pair, darker, watching from the shadows. In the dream she walked toward Ethan but kept glancing back, pulled by something she couldn’t name.

A small doll in a yellow dress. Liam picked it up, turning the box over. “You like this one?” Lily nodded. “It looks like Mommy.” Aria blinked. “What?” Liam asked gently. “The hair,” Lily explained, pointing at the doll’s dark curls. “And the eyes.” Aria felt heat creep up her neck. Liam studied the doll again. Then he looked toward Aria. There was something quiet in his gaze. “You are right,” he said softly to Lily. “It does.”

Fuck, I totally forgot he can read minds or some shit. "All done!" Lily exclaims, grinning. "Go see in the miwwor," She adds. I love the cute way she speaks. I get up and walk over to the mirror, feeling very pessimistic. Yup... I look like a flamingo just took a shit on my face. I was pale like a vampire, my eyeshadow was bright purple, the blush was too heavy, and my lipstick made me look like The Joker. "Do you like it?" Lily asks.

Lily turned to see the one who had grabbed her and she came face to face with Derrick. Derrick went into a daze staring into Lily's big brown eyes as they both stood there frozen. Lily had her hair tied up into a bun revealing the fullness of her beautiful face. Her pink plump lips were silently parted. She had freakishly long lashes and when she opened and closed her eyes they were like butterfly wings. "Mr Derrick," she said snapping him back into reality, "You need something?" she asked shyly and lowered her lashes as staring at him was giving her butterflies in her stomach.
