I shunned myself immediately for thinking that way. Lily had a catching net worth a long stick for capturing the butterflies. Once they were caught, he'll put them in the net hamper. They didn't even notice me, I'm sure Rokun did but lily didn't, I haven't seen her so excited like this in weeks. Soon enough he dropped her, and they walked over to me. His beautiful hazel eyes turned icy blue making the temperature in the battle field to drop zero. Immediately he caught her arms both in anger and worries for her. Lily looked his eyes and her heart started accelerating. If it was any other person in her position, they would be on their knees in fear seeing his intimidating icy eyes. But Lily found herself getting turned on. Her tongue came out of her mouth wetting the dried lips, her already dried throat got dried even more. Seeing her change of expressions caught Eric off guard. His eyes slowly turned normal and a sly smirk was plastered on his corner of the lips.

Her extraordinary green eyes were the most striking I had ever seen, even more radiant in the sunlight... I could see the raw emotions lurking within those eyes of hers; they stirred an unknown feeling inside me, though I couldn't quite identify it. I gave her the choice to leave—she seemed desperate to do so. "Would you have gone after her?" Lotus asked.

Ivon clearly ignored her outburst and looked behind him finding Ben and Lada standing there. Ben looked suspiciously disappointed after seeing Lily after he unexpectedly made an eye contact with her, she indeed remembered Dara a lot but he was disappointed at the fact that she really didn't have Dara's emerald eyes. She had crystal blue eyes, there was defiance and stubbornness in them right now contrasting what Dara had. Ivon looked back at Lily and walked near her, when she tried to step back he held her arms in a tight grip roughly jerking her in his arms making her gasp out, he leaned his face closer to her whispering.

Liora said, her lips pulling up in a mischievous smile. “Oh, I do?” Lily asked before seeing Liora give her the eye. The eye was a small, unnoticeable twitch of the lower right eyelid, and a small nod. “Of course,” Liora stated, rubbing her hands together. Lily coughed slightly, brushed her hair back, and smiled at everyone as she tried to clear her throat and gather her thoughts. Finally, Lily said, “Oh, hummm, of course, I’m sure that won’t be a problem.”

She must investigate. Lily sighed heavily. “What’s wrong?” asked Agatha. “Being an adult sounds so worrisome.” “What makes you think that?” The little girl opened up her eyes and looked at Agatha, “Just all of burden one have to carry.” Agatha gasped at Lily’s eye color. It was the most mesmerizing thing she had ever seen. It was the shade of dark purple. It was enough to trap one’s soul with one look. “What’s wrong?” asked Lily, tilting her small head to the side.

The beam cut through the dark, hitting the space where we had just been sitting. There, peering over the edge of the sofa cushion, were two pale, milky eyes. They weren't the blue eyes Lily had been born with. These were the color of cataracts, bulging and sightless. Her skin—what was left of it—was a bruised, translucent purple, clinging tightly to a tiny skull. Her mouth opened, revealing gums that were black and receding, and a tongue that looked like a shriveled slug. She didn't crawl. She moved with a jerky, unnatural twitch, her limbs snapping into place like a broken doll.

The ocean sparkled outside. Sunlight warmed the floor. God. Everything calm. Fair. Meanwhile Lily sat nearby drawing. Reasonable honestly. Or attempting to. Most of her attention remained fixed on Peanut. God. Naturally. Fair. Then it happened. Reasonable. Lily leaned closer to show one of her drawings. God. A masterpiece. Fair. Apparently a dolphin. Reasonable. Though it looked suspiciously like a potato. God. Then Peanut saw her. Fair. Immediately. Reasonable. Tiny eyes locked onto Lily.

Lily is walking around the living room looking at the things and oohing when she sees something she likes - colors especially. “Lily?” I ask, getting her undivided attention. She looks at me with those big, trusting, amber eyes, so like her mother’s. I guess Hope had them as well, and they are a trait from her. “Would you like to see a playground with mom and I?” I ask, making sure my voice is calm and clear. Her eyes shift to Hazel immediately, filling with happiness and hope. Hazel chuckles.

“I didn’t mean to offend you.” “Then maybe I should pluck out your eyes,” Lily scoffed, placing both hands on her waist in an incredibly bossy manner. “Since your ancient eyesight doesn’t seem to work anymore.” “No!” “Please don’t pluck out Little Aoo’s eyes!” “Little Aoo promises to be obedient from now on!” The little boy pleaded desperately, tears rolling freely down his cheeks. I simply stood there. Although I was surprised… I wasn’t nearly as shocked as before.
