The air in the palace is laced with wolfsbane,” Lily whispered in fear. Chills went down my spine as my heart beat raced.

With her puppy-eyes look, Luna resembled a fragile flower swaying in the wind. She tentatively extended her hand, seemingly wanting to grasp Lily's hand. However, Lily remained seated, her gaze fixed on Luna. It was as if she could see through everything. Luna flinched and eventually withdrew her hand, her eyes turning red at the corners.
