“Promise you’ll buy the dress?” I rolled my eyes and shifted the dress to free my left hand. I held my index finger out to him. His eyes went from my finger to my eyes. This was our version of a pinky promise. Wren was the one who came up with it when we were juniors in high school. He smiled at me as he pressed the tip of his index finger to mine. “I promise,” I said with a smile. “Now would you get out of here!”

“Minnie is going to sit with you and your cousins for a little while. I need to talk to mama and Marco.” Ryder started to pout. “Don’t pout little man.” Blaze smiled. “Mama, Marco and I will be back in time for dinner, and we will spend the whole night together.” “You pwomise?” Ryder asked. “I promise.” Blaze told him. River looked up at her daddy. “Pinky pwomise?” She asked holding up her tiny pinky. “OOOOO daddy.” Storm lightly gasped. “A pinky promise is a promise that daddies can never ever break.” She told him.

I passed him a toothy smile, “Not so difficult is it?” “....” He still seemed a little reluctant, “If I work on it, will that be fine?” I smiled at him, “Yes!!” Then I hugged him, “But,” I stepped back again, “There won’t be any lies between us, okay?” He nodded, “Alright.” “Promise?” I showed him my pinky and he chuckled, “We’ll be honest about everything?” “Promise,” He joined his pinky with mine and we made a promise, “So, did we make progress?”

She can't be sad or upset on this day. That girl chose a great time to ask me for something. I can't even refuse her. "I promise." Those two words. Those two words left my mouth, seemed so insignificant, of nothing much importance, as a formality. But I knew, my heart knew, it was far from that. Taking my little finger, we did a pinky promise. What? Don't laugh, okay? I'm not a kid, it's the only promise I trust and abide by. I initially thought of not following with the promise I just made.

Jai politely asked. Ina starred into his eyes before looking at her mother, and then at Darrion, and then at her mother again, before she nodded. “But don’t take too long. We want to tell stories with you,” Ina said. Jai smiled at her and nodded. He held up his pinkie for her. “Alright. How about a pinkie promise?” “What’s a pinkie promise?” Ina tilted her head in confusion. Jai took her right hand and made her pinkie hooked with his pinkie. “It’s a promise while hooking our pinkies like this. This means that we should never break it, because if we break it, we would lose each other’s trust.”

She smiles as she bounces in her a little , a little too excited making Lilith look at her strangely . "Well are you coming to school anytime soon? We all miss you here." She played with her right hand and had a little bit of hope. "I'll be there soon. I promise baby . Then I'm going to tell you everything." Lia seemed confused but she giggles. He was finally opening up to her. Lia smiled weakly as she licked her lips. "Okay . Pinky promise ?" She giggles as she knew that was impossible. Ace smiled at her action . He really wanted to see her. So fucking bad."Pinky promise." Shortly after they hanged up , Lia feeling relieved and Ace feeling anger.

I chuckled nervously. He stretched out his hand and tucked a strand of my hair. “You look so beautiful.” he paused and came closer to me. “I hope when you remember everything, you won't shut me out like you did before.” he brought out his pinky finger and I chuckled. “You are such a big baby. Pinky promise. Really?” “Just do it. This is a promise” I did it and he brought out his phone and took a picture. “I will send it to you so you have to keep your promise.”

His hand reached for my hand which was holding his shirt while the other was on my face. 'Because I love you, and I never leave the ones I love behind. And that's a promise.' My heart started to pound rapidly. My hands started to shaken as he holds it tight. I can feel my eyes starting to water as his green ones looked at me lovingly. I love this guy so much. I love him so much. 'You know for a guy whose handsome and popular, you're so emotional. I just told you I love you, you know. It's not like it's a big deal. Many women would love to tell you-'

His words were solemn and sounded serious as if he was making a sincere promise to her. The girl was still childish, she looked up at him with her worn out depressed eyes and showed him her pinky finger, "Do you pinky promise?" Ryan couldn't help but get his straight lips curl up into a smile, he hooked his pinky pinger with her before making his promise to her.
