Bonus Scene: One Year Later—The Arena Loud cheering sounds in the background like a tidal wave. Inside the brightly lit MMA arena in Rome, the crowd was in a state of euphoria, chanting one name with fervor. “LU-CI-A-NA!!” In the cage, one glove raised in triumph. Luciana stood victorious, sweat gleaming on her brow. Her opponent lay sprawled behind her, the referee already waving off the fight. It had taken just under two minutes.

The crowd watched on, waiting for the smoke to clear. Luther paused his attack, waiting for the next one from his brother. Just as the smoke slowly resided, Han jumped out, angrily shouting as he slowly built up a blue string of a lightning ball. Before Luther could react, Han quickly fired his attack at him. Luther was sent back several feet, but he stood his ground, still standing with both his hands crossed in front of him to form a shield.

He nodded, understanding more than I expected. When the meal was over, Luca clapped his hands. “Round two. Combat.” I froze. “What?” “Traditional Alpha spar,” he said. “You know. Shirtless, growling, testosterone-fueled grappling.” Harley rolled his eyes. “You just want to show off your abs.” “They are excellent,” Luca replied. “No,” I said quickly. “Absolutely not.” All three turned to me. “I don’t like violence,” I said. “Especially not for sport. Especially not for me.”

Felicity smiles, giving me a small insight into the kickboxing world. Sitting, I listen to them announce the first fighter. Alex 'Bullet' Andrews. A loud applause and people cheering erupt through the building. I listen again as they announce Lorenzo 'Merciless' Pesci. The screams get louder, and I watch Lorenzo walk up and climb into the ring.

Anisha D’Souza INDIA, Delhi. A chilly night, dark street and silent roads. "Yeah the fight is just finished, the guy named Liger won the match as expected. What a punches and timing man. You can’t believe, it’s his first match. What a piece of hotty he is, I must say one fine art. But I am disappointed, why they didn’t unveil his face to public.”, Anisha spoke as she just waltzed out of an underground ware house where the boxing match was held.

What about the boss?” Maya asked looking to Megumi. “You really want to spar with me?” she asked. “It would be an honor” she smiled. “Go easy on her” Sachi said. “It’s just a spar” she said and was on the mat. They both took their stance and everyone seemed to hold their breath and lean forward. Takashi included. They blocked each other’s hits and couldn’t land a hit on each other. So it was boring at first, but they were really fast so it was exciting. Megumi was the first to land a hit on Maya’s face and that had her stepping back and licking the blood off her teeth.

Lyla's POV I circle backwards, making sure I can see Xiomar from any angle. Attack him. “Come on,” he taunts, “we don't have all day.” With a giant smirk in my face, I drop low, stretching my legs out to bring him to the floor. Xiomar jumos in a flourish, grabbing hold of my ankle. I twist, trying to kick him in the jaw with my other leg and he catches that one too. “This isn't a close contact match,Lyla,”he says sternly. “I want to see how much weight your punch held.”

SELENE'S POV “Luna, it's a very delicate situation; the pack will be in so much danger if we don't act fast,” Dalia, my personal mai,d, said, her tone filled with worry. “I understand your point of view but it is really quite late to send a message across the valley now. I do not intend to put any of my messengers at risk with rogues” I countered immediately, my gaze fixed on the short stretch of land that was left for me to arrive back at my pack.

He drops to one knee in front of me and bows his head, I look at both Clay and Bellona puzzled by the man's actions. “Please stand, I am…” He stands and stops me mid sentence. “I know who you are, Alpha. I just never realised you had returned” The stranger says before turning to Bellona “Bellona, apologies” Then to Clayton “My apologies, Alpha we have had quite a few attacks lately and it is breeding season for us” “I understand, I am Alpha Clayton Blackridge of Lobo Sombra, and this is my mate Luna Enyo Burnside,” Clayton says, holding out his hand to the other man. My wolf is purring in the way Clay refers to us as his Luna.

I watched as he hit the ground three times. A cheer so loud it made the ground shake a little, rose up from around us. Every wolf in the building ended up watching us fight. I wished suddenly the challenge hadn't been so hectic. We drew too much attention. Then I turned and held my hand out for the ex-champion. For a moment I was afraid he wouldn't take it. Fighting, even if it was friendly, often led to grudges. But his hand clasped mine and I pulled him up. The boy kept his grasp on my hand, then he hoisted it up and another cheer rose vibrant and deafening around us.
