April's POV Three days passed, and Lucy and I became very good friends. But because of our identity in school, we agreed that we would never be seen together in school. We spent three days scheming and planning to devise the perfect solution to our problem with Paige. During this time, I discovered that Lucy was a crazy computer geek and could hack into almost any firewall. Her skills impressed me, and we spent days trying to put them to good use in our little revenge mission. This morning was like every other: no breakfast, lots of yelling from Susan and Dorian shooting daggers at me with his eyes.

Lucy, who was guarding the door, was startled when she saw him. "Mr. Fergerson." Caleb rarely came back during the day, so she wondered why he was back so early. "Mm." Caleb entered the living room and noticed that ‘Penny’ was not there, so his brows furrowed. ‘Why is she never around? Grandpa mentioned that she has a part-time job.
