FRAGMENTS OF US
The interior of L’Éclipse was a sensory overload of dark luxury, decadence, and absolute secrecy.
Low, ambient amber lighting reflected off dark crimson velvet drapes, black marble floors, and golden chandeliers dripping with heavy crystal. Deep, hypnotic bass throbbed through the floorboards, mixing with the gentle clink of crystal flutes and low, murmuring voices speaking in half a dozen foreign tongues. Masked figures moved through the haze—men in tailored black velvet, women in elaborate corsets, silks, and jewels, their true identities buried beneath feathers, porcelain, and lace.
