He said without even turning around. “Wait! What about the cigars?” I yelled as he slammed the door shut. “Then there was two.” Amelia shook her head. “Is there another deck? We can play Nerds.” Amelia nodded and got up to get one. “What’s Nerds?” Reese asked. Shooting back my glass, I looked at Luca to see if he could refill it for me. Thankfully, he got up and went to the bar, but he didn’t grab my glass. “Like a fast pace solitaire game but with multiple players.”

I try to ignore it, forcing a smile. “Great,” I say, pulling my hand back quickly. I turn away before he sees the flush in my cheeks. This is a game. Just a game. And now, I’m finally playing.

The Gamma was trying to convince Luna Vee of the risk involves in the challenge but it seemed Luna Vee is more concerned about the game itself. The Gamma led everyone to the pack soldiers training ground, which was generally used to train pack soldiers and used in emergency cases like this. “For those who don’t know the rules of this game, it involves both parties fighting each other till one is able to incapacitate the other and kill them completely” The Gamma explained perfectly.

"Why don't you join Conrad and me? We were about to play a little game." Liam and I exchanged glances. "What game?" he asked. "It's just a harmless little game. It'll be fun," Toralei reassured. "We already have plans," I countered. Toralei frowned. "It's just a game, Jenna. It'll be over soon, and then you can continue with your plans. Besides, it's just the four of us. Unless you're scared, Jenna." "No, I'm not." "Then let's do it."

Touch… Chloe gave a shake of her head in an effort to clear her mind of the foggy haze that seemed to be encompassing her. "I don't know what game you are playing, Timothy, but—" she began "I never play games, honey... Not anymore" he assured her softly. She didn't know what to think about him calling her honey, but for the moment Chloe was too concerned by the threat he represented to her, to her equilibrium, to bother asking him about it. "You are playing one right now. And it isn't funny." she reproved. "Please don't say things like that if...please just don't"

I said. "I know. You told me." "Leo wants to play every game in the system over the break." "How many games is that." "Conservatively, forty." He considered this. "You're going to play all forty." "Of course I'm going to play all forty." I put the cello in its case. "He had a heart surgery. I will play every single video game he asks me to play." "What does he play." "Right now, a racing game he is extraordinarily good at and a strategy game he is terrible at but refuses to stop playing." I closed the latch. "I'm better at the strategy game. I don't tell him that."

"Compare her height, her shoulder-to-hip ratio, and her exact stride length against every file we have on Aria. I don't care if the voice doesn't match. I want to know if the bones do." Marcus looked startled, but he bowed his head instantly. "Right away, boss." The elevator doors slid shut, and as the machine carried me up to my empty, haunted palace, I gripped the obsidian mask until my knuckles turned white. If you are playing a game with me behind that carbon fiber, little bird, I thought, a dark, possessive fire igniting in my chest, you better pray I don't catch you. Because the moment I rip that mask off and find your eyes behind it, I am never letting you go again.

Conrad lifted his head up listening to the strategy of some game. "What is it, Park"? "It’s Mud of War". Finn said sipping his drink. Conrad was kind of lost. "What kind of game is it"? He asked innocently and this time the table erupted into laughter. "Baby it’s the latest version of Tug of war. It will be played in the mud pool. So ...” Noah explained and Conrad whispered a silent O. They had a match with their seniors. And the losers will treat the winning team. They were quite excited.

" What game ? I am not into your shitty games, Phet." " It's not shitty. I and Dae play this often to decide who will pay the bill. Anyway we are simply sitting here, right ? Let's play this until our order comes." " Oh..this kid ! Okay what game ?", Oak asked. " Blink game. Blink the eye game. We should stare into each other's eyes. The one who first blinks their eyes loses." " No no. I am not playing.", Oak immediately shook his head. " Why are you like this ?", Phet pouted looking at Oak and then crossed his arms.

I breathed a sigh of relief. I observed him as he played games on his phone. "Fuck! Keegan, you're a jerk! "He yelled. I could hear a giggle over the phone. "I'm sorry, man, that was my fault," he apologized. "What are you playing?" I inquired. "Is that you, Nola? We're playing a game called Mobile Legends," Malcolm's response astonished me. They're taking part in that game? I was watching them when they lost the game and busted out laughing. My laughter grew louder when I noticed Aries frowning when he lost a star.
