Champagne tucked her Little Sister in bed and walked out, she closed the door behind her and walked into the sitting room. She wondered what exactly had happened to Lilly when she met Raphael. What would have made Lilly have a panic attack again after all these years. Champagne knew Raphael and what he was capable of.. She just hoped he didn't hurt Lilly in any way. As she walked to the kitchen, she saw the balcony curtains flying due to the windows. She walked over to close it's glass doors and her eyes caught something. Champagne walked over to the balcony and her eyes pinned on the black SUV across the street. She had this feeling that who ever was in that car was watching her too.

She said. Lucien laughed again while clapping his hands together, as if he was watching an interesting spectacle. "Moonwood. A city ruled by wolves ... Protected by witches ... And inhabited by many humans. Interesting ..." commented Lucien. The breeze hit their facial skin. Another figure came —joined in the midst of the easing of the tension. Leona breathed a sigh of relief when she knew the figure. Loui. The big brother. "Ah. Another Argent." muttered Lucien slightly bitterly. Lucien immediately looked away –avoiding Loui's intense gaze.

Chapter 8 Bastien Two Years Later Paris was alive at all hours of the night, but she was the quietest at four in the morning, when even the night owls couldn’t keep their eyes open any longer. The line of SUVs pulled up outside the Louvre, close to the pyramid in the open square. Lights from the lampposts and the buildings were one of the reasons the city had been given its name, City of Light, and it was a name well earned.

By the end of the class, I can say that I loved French literature more than English literature. We walk to the parking lot together. As I open my car's door, I see Cedric walking towards the parking lot. As I turn around to avoid him, I see Adele waving at me. "See you on Sunday" she calls out loudly. I wave her goodbye and get into my car and drive out of the parking lot. -----------------------------

ODETTE After a close to eighteen-hour flight with two stops in between—one of which Gunnar had made, we landed in South Africa, in the province of KwaZulu-Natal. We were hauled up in a hotel room near the beach. The city we were staying in—from the little I had seen—was beautiful. Durban seemed to be filled with people of different races and ethnicity. It was different from what I had expected. Then again, I didn't know what to expect when Ace said we were going to a safe house. All I knew was that we wouldn't be staying at this hotel for very long.

Lune blushed, smiling at his thoughtfulness, and quickly realized how carefully he had planned everything. Once their bags were ready, they were escorted to Arlo’s private jet. The sleek, luxurious jet waited for them on the runway, its glistening exterior hinting at the elegance that awaited them on board. Lune's eyes widened as she took it all in, feeling a blend of wonder and excitement. She’d never imagined her life would bring her to moments like this, flying to Italy with the love of her life on a private jet.

Sadly on our last day, we made a quick trip to the Luxembourg Gardens. Our stop at Lyon was a trip that showed us magnificent architecture. There were several districts that offered their own share of interesting things. We specifically went around to see the Gothic Churches; why I am not quite sure, but they captured her attention. The cobblestone streets took us throughout the city as we explored the shops and other attractions

It was a long distance between the labyrinth and Lappa, but I managed to make the trip in half a day with my running and desire to see Melite and our son. I let out a breath as I reached the top of a hill and looked below to the small farm. I saw my son pushing a blow through a field, his ivory fur reflected the sun, and I could see the hints of his mother’s honey blonde in his mane.

The three lads felt it; the ripples of fear coursing through their veins, squeezing their heart and sucking life out of them, as they sat at the top of the mountain, their duty it was to sound the alarm at the sight of the approaching army. They sat quietly, none having the courage to speak. Jonah and Luh were almost similar in appearance with their dark skin and lean appearance, while Murai’s skin was of a darker shade, with an athletic build. They made an odd trio, even though they had all clocked eighteen, as Murai looked quite different from them. As the hours grew long though, their tongues loosened, and they began to speak. Two of them started off the conversation. “How are we going to
